Senior Pool:
A part of me has to admit that I'm a little anxious to see what mood he's in, my brother that is. Knowing him like I do, I can only assume that he'll outsmart most of the others and camouflage his real intentions. It won't work on me. I'm very sure I know of his true intentions, both for being here but also in the long run regarding the war. Needless to say, I'm sure he knows that I know as well. I know I'm no position to stop him from taking Breeze and Blaze away from this place and he knows that, but what I can do, is prepare them to trust their own instincts more than anything once they leave this place.

Once I get to the main-entrance where the Grand Master is about to enter the Academy, almost every Senior Elemental is present. I'm standing right in the front next to the Super-Senior as he's requested me to be there considering Breeze and Blaze are both my students. After they are whom the Grand Master is here to observe. When I have a quick look around I can see they're all nervous to finally see the Grand Master in person. Chances are he won't even acknowledge their presence, but they don't know that.

"He's only a matter of minutes away so be ready!" The Super-Senior says out loud for the rest of the Seniors as they straighten up. I look around casually before the Super-Senior stands next to me, looking over at my calm and collected self. "You are way too calm for this, Senior Pool. You would've been more suitable being in my position than me." He lets out joking slightly. "If you were in my shoes, we wouldn't have been standing here, Super-Senior. Just relax. He's human like the rest of us." I let out looking around at everybody else. Not a single word is being spoken as the door in front of us suddenly opens.

"Well, it's safe to say that the storms up here haven't changed...in fact I think they've been getting worse." My brother, the Grand Master himself says he steps inside to shake hands with the Super-Senior. He seems to be in a rather light mood, to the outside world that is, but not to me. "I'm sorry that we can't make a change to that, Grand Master. We usually stick to our spots inside the walls of the Academy. That way we barely notice the icy winds out there." The Super-Senior answers him nervously before my brother finally turns his attention towards me.

"Senior Pool, I believe we spoke a couple of days ago. I'm very anxious to see your J.E. students in action. I've heard nothing but good words about them." He grabs my hand firmly and looks me hard in the eye. "I can assure you that you haven't come all this way for nothing, Grand Master." I answer back in the same tone. Underneath the surface there's a different conversation going, but we both know this isn't the occasion for it. We'll have plenty of time for that when we get to the military academy. I turn my head towards another Elemental that has come with him and I immediately recognize him: Master Elemental Storm.

"Senior Pool, my name is Master Elemental Storm. I'll be assessing your student Breeze through both sessions. I've sensed his immense power in the wind. Something tells me I'm not coming here to watch a 'normal' J.E., but rather an extraordinary one." He lets out as we also shake our hands as politely as ever. There's a Master Elemental for each element, minus the one that the Grand Master himself carries. Blaze will in other words be assessed by my brother himself. That can only seem to be fitting considering how he spoke of her powers a couple of days ago. It makes me believe he has rather manipulative intentions as soon as Blaze and Breeze are directly under his domain.

The Super Senior looks over at me for my lack of response. I'm quite sure that Master Elemental Storm doesn't mind my attitude. After all he's had my brother's back for years whilst I myself retracted back to the lower ranks, like the one I have now. They would've been the perfect partners in the field. "I'm sure you'll be impressed, Master Elemental Storm. J.E. Breeze has made an enormous progress over the last year." I manage to let out to break the silence, but it doesn't take an idiot to spot the tension going on. The tension from 19 years ago still hasn't died out and it probably never will.
