"Taehyun-ah!! Thank goodness you were transferred near me. I couldn't last a second with Beomgyu!"

"Excuse me?" Beomgyu raised an eyebrow.

We are lining up to get our lunches in the cafeteria. As usual, Taehyun is in between us two for safety purposes.

"Ya, choding. Can you even reach the counter?"

"Shut up you, gorilla."

"My, what a handsome gorilla am I."

There's no hope. All the air in this planet went up to his head.

How could Taehyun be so calm? I should invite him to some meditation camp some time. I need inner peace.

We placed our trays on the table and started eating. I noticed that my two cherry tomatoes just became four. So, I glared at Beomgyu.

"You know I don't eat it," he said pouting and that disgusts me big time.

"Do I look like your mom?"

"No, you look more like my daughter."

"I really want to hit you with a spoon."

Taehyun just shook his head and continued eating.

"Taehyun-ah, why aren't you helping me?" I asked, almost crying.

"It's fun. It's like I'm watching a tv show."

I sighed in defeat. No one in this world is kind, really. They're all monsters. They're so cruel!!

The other one treats me like a arm-resting thing and the other one treats me like an entertainer at some variety show.

I shut my mouth and continued chewing my food. I've wasted enough energy today.

The hours passed by so fast that I didn't even notice that it was dismissal time until the bell rang. I slightly elbowed Beomgyu who was sleeping peacefully on his desk. If only he was this peaceful when he's awake then we'd have no problem.

He rubbed his eyes and stretched his arms upward. I got my things and left the room together with Taehyun.

"Hey, choding wait up!"

-

"I'm craving for tteokbokki," I mumbled as I lazily walked.

"Wanna grab some?" Taehyun asked and I undoubtedly nodded as a response.

"Ya choding!"

I squinted my eyes as I turned around to face Beomgyu.

"Will you stop calling me that?!"

"Your bag," he said with hands in his pocket.

"What about it?"

He slightly tilted his head. He held my bag and started shaking it up and down. Am I a bag of shake-shake fries? I took off my backpack and he carried it.

Psh. He could've said that he wants to carry it. Not like just giving me an empty context.

We had some tteokbokkis as what we've- I mean, I've wanted and we went straight home. It was a long day as usual.

"Aeji-yah," a warm tone from a woman's voice called me from the front door. It was my aunt.

"Auntie, it's nice to see you," I greeted as I helped her carry some of her stuff. She took off her shoes and sat on the sofa.

"How have you been doing?" she asked.

"I was doing fine, Auntie. Thank you."

"I'm sorry for dropping by all of a sudden," she added.

"Oh no, no, Auntie. Don't be. I'm glad that you came today. I missed you."

She pulled me in for a cuddle and I hugged back.

"Aw, my Aeji is growing up so fast," she slightly pinched my cheeks and bopped my nose.

"I brought some groceries for you. I'm gonna make some bibimbap and samgyetang for you," she stood up and went to the kitchen.

"Thanks, Auntie!"

I smiled as I watch my aunt walk to the kitchen.

How long has it been? Ten years?

For those ten years, I only had my aunt with me. She became both my mother and father ever since the accident. Well, yeah, I can't deny that I miss my parents but I don't want my aunt to feel bad. I wanted to give all my love to her as a gratitude for taking good care of me.

My aunt is all I've got.

"Dinner's ready!"

After dinner, I washed up and scrolled over my phone again. Yes, for updates. Fangirls will always be fangirls, okay? Shut up.

Aunt is sleeping on the other room. Well, actually this house has like five rooms and is a bit spacious. Ever since my parents passed away, this house felt wider than before. This house is the only thing my parents left and I don't want to lose it.

My aunt said she'd be away again for quite some time due to her business and I could truly understand that. She provides my needs, so she needs to work.

I almost dropped my phone when it started to ring loudly. I answered the call.

"Hello?"

"......"

Is this a prank call?

"I'm hanging up."

I ended the call. It was from an unknown number. Omf! What if it was from an entertainment company? Nah, my height is overqualified to be an idol.

I placed my phone on my side desk and get ready to bed. I already set my alarm, my homeworks are also done, they're all in the bag. I also brought an umbrella just in case. Yes, I'm ready for tomorrow.

I rested my eyes before I could strain them.

-

My unconscious soul went back to my conscious state as I heard something rustling in my closet.

Don't tell me it's a g-ghost? Okay, ghosts are not real. I reached to turn on my lamp and slowly got up to get my pepper spray and my tennis racket.

I tiptoed to my closet door and as I was about to open it, a man suddenly came out. I barely shouted and sprayed him some pepper spray, which I don't know if it was effective, before I hit him with my racket.

He laid flat on the floor, unconscious. Is he dead? He has a lemon-yellow colored hair with a well-defined nose and a pouty pink lips.

There's no way a racket could kill a person, right? Hehe, am I right?

Fuck, I think I just killed him.

I went near him and placed my index finger underneath his nostrils. Who knows, he might be dead or not. I don't want to go to jail.

What's a long-legged, good-looking, fairy-like guy doing inside my closet at 2am?! IS HE A PERVERT?!
