THE FIRST TIME LOUIS KILLED SOMEONE, HE WAS TWELVE YEARS OLD.

HIS FIRST VICTIM WAS HIS FATHER'S GIRLFRIEND, BELLA ACKLEY.

Louis's mother, Catherine Maxwell, died when he was only six years old. You see, her whole life she had had poor health and spent most of her days in the hospital. She spent most of his younger years there, too. All his happy childhood memories happened in a hospital room. He'd visit her every day. He'd sit in bed with her. They'd read stories together and play games and make jokes. His father was there, too. When he wasn't at work. He sat by the bed and held his wife's hand and smiled at his son. They were all happy. They could've stayed that way, too. But, as already mentioned, Catherine died.

His father, Adam Maxwell, was severely depressed after that. He hid it, though, in order to care for his son. He still had Louis, after all. He hadn't lost them both. Things were hard for the two of them at first but slowly they healed. Adam did everything in his power to be a good father, and his son loved him for that. Sure, they argued sometimes as parents and their children do, but for the most part, they got along great. They were happy. Until he started dating a woman named BELLA.

It happened when Louis was eleven. He brought home a tall, blonde woman wearing all red. Louis hated her the second he saw her. What about his mother? Didn't his father still love her? He didn't understand... Adam talked with him about it, though. Explained to him that yes, of course he still loved her and no one could replace her, but he had to move on eventually. The young boy tried his best to be nice to her after that. For his father's sake.
