"SENSEI, DO YOU KNOW WHAT WORLD WE COME FROM?" ALICE ASKED.

"Oh? Why the sudden question?" I responded. I was currently at the Kingdom of Ingracia's Freedom Academy relaxing under a tree with Ranga. My current form was my human body. "But no, I was not told."

She smiled happily and put her hands on her hips with pride. "I come from a world called Earth! I lived in the United States, but that's as much as I could remember," she cocked her head. "I sometimes wonder how it's doing now."

I raised my eyebrows with curiosity. "So you know how to speak English?"

"We're speaking English now, Sensei," Alice deadpanned.

"Ah," I cracked a smile. "That's right," 'I nearly forgot my head automatically translates what they are saying!' I thought to myself as I resisted the urge to facepalm. "Do you know any other languages?"

Gale suddenly popped in. "I can speak French pretty fluently! I think my parents were from France, but we moved."

"Now that I think about it, your name does sound French..." I said unconsciously. '... Wait, did they notice?'

He nodded in confirmation. My knowledge of their planet's language seemed to go unnoticed by both of them. 'Oh, thank goodness.'

"I can teach you some words if you like, Sensei!"

I closed my eyes and tilted my head back to lean on Ranga more. "I guess it won't hurt. I know bunjo (bonjour), mehrsi (merci), and wee (oui)."

Gale laughed heartily at my pronunciations. I opened one of my eyes to see him wordlessly writing on a ground with a stick. The ground had three words in French: accès, aide, and défendre.

He looked towards me with a wide smile. "These words mean attack, help, and defend. Let's start with 'attack.'"

I chuckled inside my head. It seemed slightly funny to me that our roles have temporarily switched. He was the teacher and I was the student. Alice watched intently beside me, also wondering how to say the words.

"'Attack' is said somewhat like the word English 'access'. 'Attack' could also be written as 'attaque,' but I wanted to teach 'accès.' 'Accès' could mean 'access,' too, but anyways," he rambled. Both Alice and I almost got lost in the explanation, but I caught onto the basics.

'Access,' I heard an extremely soft voice in my head say. I couldn't specifically tell who's voice it was, but I brushed it off as my mind repeating Gale's words.

"Access," I said, not completely sure of myself.

Within my mind, Great Sage mechanically hummed. "Notice: An unknown individual has gained a-" it halted its words suddenly. '... Eh??'

"Yeah! Just don't say the last let-"

Gale cut himself off, similar to what Great Sage just did. I looked towards Alice and her eyes were widened.

"S-Sensei!" She said worriedly.

"Master!" Ranga barked.

My eyebrows furrowed when I heard their troubled remarks. "What's happening?"

Gale attempted to grab onto me and pull. "What the?! Come on, get up!"
