Hermione Jean Lavinier was born on the 19th of September, 1980 to Charles and Jennifer Lavinier. Her parents were both Death Eaters, followers of Lord Voldemort, a famous dark wizard throughout the wizarding world. From an early age, she started showing magical abilities, pleasing her pure blood parents. Her parents were pure-blood supremacists. They loved pure-bloods, they did not mind half-bloods but they loathed muggles, muggle borns and blood traitors. This was the reason why Hermione's first word was "Mudblood". Hermione grew up admiring the Dark Lord and learnt some important things from her mother.
" Mummy, what's the black thingy on your arm?" asked a curious Hermione one day in their sitting room.
" This???, replied Jennifer Lavinier pointing to a black skull with snakes coming out of it's mouth. "That's my Dark Mark, it symbolises my loyalty to the Dark Lord!"
" I'm loyal to him, why can't I get one? whined Hermione as she had a mini tantrum
" You must become a Death Eater first, my sweet. But that will take training and a strong knowledge on the Dark Arts!"
" But they rarely teach that anywhere, Mummy!" said Hermione as she made a cup of tea
" I Know, but you can be more powerful if the Dark Lord himself, coaches you." said Jennifer with a grin.
"I am going to Hogwarts, aren't I? " murmured Hermione as she brushed her beautiful golden frilly locks in the mirror.
" Of course you are, hopefully you don't end up in Gryffindor with those filthy blood traitors, the Weasleys"
" I know mother" said Hermione as she wandered up to bed
She later twisted and turned in bed about her mother's words. She respected the Dark Lord. She just had to hide it at Hogwarts
Authors Note: This is a small flashback she has while she is in the Floo network
