So there is plenty of abilities within Arno, considering the fact he has taken on many faces and assumed many names within his time of traveling the many places he's been to.
One such ability is known as The Wild Card ability, allowing for Arno to use many abilities similar to a Persona Protagonist, however in this case, he is also able to use many Personas as well, just like the ones before him.
As of now, Arno can access up to 3 Personas of the previous Protagonists:

There are generally many things about Arsene that make him a great Persona, from his badass design, to his wings, and to more, Arsene is the Persona Arno uses Darkness and Ice skills. However, Arsene is weak to Holy or Bless skills and also Ice, so using him is depending on if Arno accesses his Persona.
This Persona is used when Arno becomes Akira Kurusu, aka the Phantom Thief known as Joker, for stealing people's hearts.
However, this leads to his next Persona:
Orpheus, The Master of Strings

Orpheus, Arno's first Persona which was awakened after assuming the name of Minato Arisato, it eventually took a while to get use to, but Arno had assumed the role. Orpheus is a Persona that uses Fire and physical attacks, however it has a weakness to lightning and darkness skills, and with no resistances, it makes it the worst Persona in Arno's arsenal, but he uses it for the fact it would be disrespectful to the original user.
This Persona is when Arno assumes the role of Minato Arisato, the First Wild Card and leader of SEES.
However, The final Persona Arno has is:
Izanagi, The God of Creation

Izanagi, the fame Japanese God of Creation, known for creating other deities and lands. While being the last Persona awakened to, it has allowed Arno to access strong lightning attacks, with its strengths being strong against darkness and Lightning. While not the Persona Arno uses, he prefers keeping it with him due to a strong sense of being bonded with the first 3 initial Personas.
This Persona is when Arno becomes Yu Narukami, Leader of the Investigation Team.
Of course, being who he is, he also has access to Fusion Spells, allowing for him to use up to 2 Personas at a time to create various effects depending on what Personas he uses.
But that's for another time. Since this is showing for the fact that Arno is also a Wild Card, with the potential of summoning many beings from mythological stories, to even the Ultimate Personas of the previous Wild Cards.
