Ayyy so sorry about the depression fest yesterday, ya girl has occasional doubts and when they come alive, they come alive.
Anyways, I have good news. Ya girl got promoted with her tutoring ❤️❤️❤️
My boss called me up and I've been asked to tutor for the summer for circuits I and II. And then she also asked if I would be interested in having more hours with higher pay in the fall. I'd have to take a course to be certified, or so I've been told, and then I'd get to do more. I'd get to help people even more.
And that is invigorating. Things may be crap at home, but someone believes in me for right now. I have something to help push me on, if not for a little bit.
It feels good to be wanted.
Regardless, thank you all for your support yesterday. It really helped pick me up when I woke up this morning and was still pretty sad. I really appreciate all y'all and the fact that you would listen to me, it feels good. I forget sometimes to release.
So yeah, good news.
