Chapter 5.5- Trouble in the City!

"Hanji what's wrong?" You asked, you tried your best not to panic so you wouldn't upset her further but it was slowly creeping into your voice, "I-I'm really lost in the city... I went for a walk earlier and I thought someone was following me so I took a turn down a more crowded street but then I got turned around and instead of going back where I came from I got to the middle of the city." She replied weakly, her voice sounded like she might start crying, "Do you know where you are right now?" You asked calmly, Rize had woken up and was looking at you curiously, you mouthed you would tell her in a minute, "Ok. I know exactly where you are, I'll come and get you as quickly as I can. Just stay calm and go inside a nearby store or whatever will let you stay there while you wait, ok?" You said and stood up, "O-Ok..." You motioned for Rize to follow you, "I'm about to leave now, my room mate is going to come with me and she'll be doing most of the talking while I drive. So stay on your phone and we'll be there quickly." You said, "Alright, Rize. We're going on a trip, you're going to get to meet one of my cast friends on the show I intern for. She's gotten really lost in the city so we're going to pick her up." You explained, Rize nodded and got a jacket on.

You two made it to your car and buckled up, you handed Rize your phone and she talked to Hanji while you drove through the city, eventually she put the phone on speaker, "Ok. I'm in a gas station, they let me stay in while you guys come over." She said, "Good. We're almost there." You replied. A few minutes later you found where she was and went inside, she was busy snacking on a can of Pringles and looked up and ran over to you, "(Y/N)!" She said with relief and gave you a hug, "Hey Hanji." You said and gave her a hug back, "The car's out front, ready to go?" You asked, she nodded quickly, "Very." She replied, the two of you left the store, Rize moved to the back seat and Hanji sat up front. You introduced the two to eachother, "Hey, Rize. Is it alright if Hanji spends the night?" You asked your room mate, she looked up groggily, "Doesn't bother me, we'll need to clean off the couch or one of the beds..." She said and put her head on the window and fell asleep, you looked at Hanji, "That settles that! I'll try and clean up the place." Hanji smiled softly, "Thanks, (y/n)." She said.

You pulled into the parking lot and everyone went up to the dorm, you cleared off a space on the couch for yourself and let Hanji sleep on your bed, you dozed off pretty quickly. The next thing you knew someone was shoving you around and yelling about work.

Well it was a nice nap while it lasted...
