chapter two....

After doing my business in the bathroom I choose a simple outfit to wear to school. I choose a blush pink tank top along with blue ripped jeans, a blue jacket and pink sneakers. I hurriedly brushed my ginger red hair that swept down my back tenderly, I've always loved my hair it was easy to handle and just the color sends the message that am not someone to mess with. Technically all redheads are supposed to be badass. I am often told I don't need make up so I do not normally wear any, I walk over to the mirror and applied a little lipgloss to my lips; I then grabbed my phone and bagpack and headed downstairs.
"Good morning Mom!!" I shouted over the annoying sound of the blender, what could she possibly be blending at 6:45 in the morning. Probably some of her "healthy homemade juice" I said softly,
"what?!"
She asked over the raging blender, how the hell did she hear that?
"Nothing mom"
I smiled innocently,what's for breakfast?
"Blueberry Pancakes"she chirped as if it was the most elite dish in Florida. I took a couple pancakes and some orange juice and quickly finished them.

"Bye Jas" I yelled up to her as I walk towards the door. Bye mo... I didn't even get the chance to finish the sentence before my mother slowly asked "what. Are. You. Wearing.??"
"Clothes "
I replied casually leaning against the doorframe because I knew this would take a while.
My mother can be such a prude sometimes always prim and proper, I bet she was the plaid skirt, plain shirt and blazer wearing kind of person in highschool.
I mentally rolled my eyes after listening to her going on and on about dressing like a lady. When she was finally done I hurriedly slid through the half open door an ran to my car.
My car was great it was a jet black Audi A4, my dad got it for me as a gift for my 17th birthday probably because he wasn't even there nonetheless it was a cool car. I started the engine and automatically the radio tuned in, light music filling my car. I drive at a steady paste down the streets.

The view of this this place doesn't change, it's the usual stretch of sandy beaches, passing by a few restaurants and bars on your way to just about anywhere.
I slowly pulled up in the school's parking lot you can never miss the big sign in all it's orange and blue glory, with all bold letters displaying JACKSONVILLE HIGH  practically forcing you to see it,
It's so ironic the sign reminds me of the principal's daughter the school's blond bitch am sure every school has one.
As I pull out my key the car is once again dead silent I quickly exit and close the door. As I walk through the Halls of the school I dumped my bag pack in my locker taking only the books I will need for my first class. I looked at my wrist watch and it was 7:28, exactly two minutes before class starts. I strode towards the classroom forcing my short legs to go faster as I was only 5'5. As I place one foot in the classroom the bell signaled the beginning of the first session.
No later did Mrs Williams walk in, if there was one thing predictable about her was her hairstyle, she alway braids her hair in that one irritating updo that does not do her masculine face any justice.
As she walk to the front of the class her shoes made loud thuds against the concrete floor sometimes I wonder if she does it on purpose to send some type of message or something.
"Assignment on your desks"
Her voice rang through the still room. That was when I remember my assignment is probably sprawled out across my bedroom floor. I knew what was next so I decided to make the first move. I stood up grab my books and headed for the door.
"Where do you think you are going?"
She asked in an high pitched voice.
"Out the door I answered blankly"
What is with adults and these dumb questions?
First my mother then her.
"Escuese me?!"
she asked loudly as if she didn't hear what I said, and am positive she did.
"I don't have your assignment"
I flatly stated.
I didn't bother to explain what happened because it would do me no good.
"So you just decided to up and leave?"
"Again with the obvious questions".... I trailed off not noticing I said it out loud.
"You kids have no respect for authority" she ranted on. Finally coming to a conclusion she said "detention at four thirty miss Frost."
Oh well another one of these.....
