Neil Dhillon is a Global Public Affairs professional who works in Washington, DC. He has some thirty years of experience in public policy, and strategic and crisis communications. He was a senior aide to former President Bill Clinton, and served as the Chief of Staff to Robert Matsui, the late California Congressman.

Other past positions held by Neil Dhillon include being Director of Media and Public Affairs for the American Academy of Actuaries, a post he held for three years during the mid-1990s, and the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Government Affairs in the U.S. Department of Transportation, from 1993 to 1994.
Neil Dhillon is a graduate of The American University in Washington DC. Outside of politics, his interests include World History, Financial Services, Energy and the Environment, Transportation and infrastructure, and IT Service and software.
