It was almost time for lunch hour and somehow marinette still hasn't been focusing in all of her classes. Alya had noticed this, startling the bluenette by calling out her name. "AH- I! Alya?" Marinette freaked with a confused guilty look.

"Alright girl, I know you enough to know that when something happens you don't focus in class. My highest guess is that you and luka have been up to something." She smirked deviously to see her friend's reaction. "What?!! No of course not Alya!" Marinette tried to keep it down so no one else would here about anything she was saying.

"Mmhm then tell me why I saw the two of you making out at the doorway when you came back after the d-. Marinette quickly shushed alya with her hand, turning around to make sure nobody heard her. "How did you know?" Marinette's face was flushing red, alya could only laugh at her awkwardness but tried helping her cool down a notch.

"I was trying to get my charger from downstairs and saw you two. But don't worry, you know I have nothing to tell girlfriend." Alya assured with a hand to Marinette's shoulder before the bell had rung. "Come on, Nino and me both were planning to work on this big scoop for my ladyblog." Alya helped Marinette get up from her spot, leading them out of the classroom.

At lunch

"That's wicked babe, maybe ladybug would even care to hang after that shot." Nino wrapped a hand around alya with a mouthw full of food in his mouth. "Not with a boy that has school pizza breath- gross!" Alya chuckles while playfully trying to shove nino away.

Marinette smiled at the happy couple, laughing along until she saw adrien come around. "H-hey marinette." Adrien stuttered a bit, trying hard to keep eye contact. Alya took notice and crossed her arms with a unimpressed look at him. "Adrien?" Mari slyly responded. "Is there... something you need over here?" Alya obnoxiously asked, breaking the awkward silence. "Uh oh- uh gotta go!." Nino smiled awkwardly leaving the table, knowing this wasn't gonna look pretty.

"I just came over to talk with Marinette- in private if that's ok with you alya." Adrien frowned shyly, scratching the back of his head. Alya turned left for marinette's approval, which took some time for her to nod yes for the brunette girl to go over to nino.

"Adrien so what is it you'd want to talk about?" Mari pretended to give a smile over to him, just to feel and make this entire thing less awkward a notch. "I don't ask for your forgiveness marinette... but just know, I truly am sorry for the way I ignored how you felt back then. We never really talked about it because it was... awkward. But I don't want to ignore this anymore marinette, you were my friend and even girlfrien-." Adrien stopped everything he was saying after hearing Mari huff in aggravation.

"Girlfriend but you always kept running back to kagami thinking she's who? Ladybug??." Mari cackled through her pain, slapping adriens hand away from touching her shoulder. "Adrien for years... my entire high school days I've tried finding the best ways to make you happy, I was obsessed with you not seeing that it wasn't healthy.. but you made me happy! You were- everything to..." Marinette heard a voice call out her name, turning to see that it was Luka who came to her.

"Great this just cant get any weirder." Marinette whined and screamed in her mind. "Did I come at the wrong time?" That Luka asked with a soft voice that had always somehow put marinette in a trance. "Everything's fine, we were just talking personal stuff out." Adrien gently grinned before saying goodbye to Marinette.

"Excuse me luka... I- I need some alone time!" Marinette sobbed, grabbing her bag and running off outside campus.
