Hisoka was just an average middle school girl, you know? She woke up, ate breakfast, took the train to her school, attended school, went home, ate, and repeat. She had friends to hang out with, she had a loving family, and she had a pet dog too!
However, her quirk made her life somewhat difficult. How so, you ask? Well-
"Would you just leave me alone?" The 5'7" girl scowled, glaring at the figure in front of her. The figure, a transparent middle aged man, gasped.
"I knew it! I knew you could see me!" He had a hopeful look on his face, getting close to Hisoka. "Please! Make me alive again! I need to see my daughter. Please!" The man practically begged.
The silverette groaned, leaning her head back in exasperation. "I've told you this, old man. I can't!" She rolled her head to look back at him. "You need to move on and leave me alone."
The man went to say something else, but decided not to. He only sighed and left, leaving the girl alone in the hall the scene took place in. "That actually worked?" She laughed a bit, "Wow!"
--
Then the bell rang, causing the girl to jump and panic. "Ah! I still have class!" She adjusted the grip she had on her books before running to her classroom. Opening the door, she rushed to her seat and sighed, glancing up at the teacher who stood up at the front of the class. He gave Hisoka a disapproving glare. She smiled sheepishly, placing the books onto the desk."Sorry sensei!" She apologized.
This was her middleschool, Aldera Junior High. It's not much, but it's something.
The teacher cleared his throat, placing his hands on his podium before saying, "Since you're all third years, it's time for you to think seriously about your future." Everyone was paying attention at this point. Well besides the green haired kid and the blonde.
"I'll pass out handouts for your future plans now, but..." He paused, snatching the stack of paper on his podium while grinning.
Everyone started to activate their quirk for some reason, which made Hisoka sigh in exasperation.
The teacher turned around to face the board, throwing the papers into the air. He chimed, "Since you're all pretty much planning to go into the hero course, right?"
Now at that, everyone enthusiastically yelled, flashing their quirks in agreement. Hisoka nodded, kicking back in her chair like the kid next to her.
Their sensei turned to face them all, "Yes, yes, you all have wonderful quirks! But using your powers at school is against the rules!" He chastised them, frowning.
That's when Hisoka's desk neighbor spoke up, "Teach! Don't lump us all into the same group. I'm not going to be stuck at the bottom with the rest of these rejects!"
Hisoka raised her eyebrows at that, turning to look at Bakugou incredulously. She then snorted, turning to look back at the very interesting ceiling. Everyone else got upset at that, glaring at the ash blonde while saying, "That was uncalled for, Katsuki!"
Katsuki laughed, "You should all shut up like the extras you are!"
The teacher interrupted, holding up a clipboard with some papers, "Ah, if I remember correctly you want to go to U.A High, right, Bakugou?"
Everyone else seemed to gasp a little. "U.A.? The national high school?" However, Hisoka turned white, as well as the green haired kid in the back.
Some random classmate commented, "It was in the top 0.2% this year, you know!"
Another complained, "Their acceptance rate is always low, too!"
Bakugou sneered, "That's exactly why you guys are just extras!" He jumped on top of his desk, boasting, "I aced the mock test! I'm the only one at this school who could possibly get into U.A. I'll definitely surpass All Might and become the top hero! My name will be inscribed on the list of top earners!"
Hisoka decided to finally comment, clicking her tongue, "You should shut up, it'd be better for everyone else if you did."
Bakugou snapped his head down to glare at her, scowling as he yelled, "Shut the fuck up, extra!"
She just snorted, ignoring him as the teacher continued, "Oh yeah. Midoriya and Mihara wanted to go to U.A., too, right?"
Midoriya, the green haired kid, seemed to flinch at that. Hisoka internally cursed. Everyone seemed to glance at Hisoka and Midoriya before laughing at the poor bastards. "Huh?! Midoriya and Mihara? No way!"
"You can't get into the hero course by just
studying!"
Midoriya stood up, "Th-They got rid of that rule! There's just no precedent..."
Bakugou moved rather quickly, activating his quirk and exploding Midoriya's desk while yelling angrily.
Hisoka had zoned out into her own little wold, not wanting to listen to Bakugou's bullshit. She thought about how she could train to get into U.A.
--
I could go to my uncle's gym again this evening. Do a few matches in the boxing ring. Hell, maybe I could update my workout routine.
The sound of the bell derailed her train of thought, causing her to look around. Everyone was packing up. She sighed as she started to pack her own things. Bakugou didn't come after her earlier, so she was going to definitely be in for it later.
Actually, make that now.
The silver haired girl was cornered by Bakugou and his cronies. Bakugou approached her first, snarling, "Stay out of my way, you're beneath me and everyone else here you chubby ghost bitch."
She looked surprised and somewhat hurt at his comment, standing up when he stepped towards her. Hisoka held her hands up in defense, saying, "Look, Bakugou-san, I don-"
Bakugou shoved her back into the window, causing her to let out a yelp as she dropped her things. "Shut the hell up and learn your place." He spat, giving her a glare before gesturing for his "friends" to leave with him.
Once they left her to go after Midoriya, she let out a shaky breath. She wasn't chubby. She only weighed 132 pounds (59.87 kg). The comment really shouldn't have affected her as much as it did. Hisoka quickly gathered her scattered things, stuffed them in her bag, and left.

The streets that lead to the train station were rather crowded. People bustled about the road, well more so one area. Hisoka was walking down the sidewalk when some people ran past her, shoving her a bit. They were yelling about how there was a sludge villain holding someone hostage. She sighed, shoving her hands into her pockets as she passed the crowd.
The heroes have it handled... She thought as she glanced at the fight, not noticing that the person being held captive was Bakugou. Hisoka continued on her way, walking her usual route to the station.
After a few minutes of waiting at the station, the train arrived and she, along with others, boarded the train. Finding a seat and sitting in it, she got out her phone and plugged in her earbuds. Placing them in her ears, she chose a song to play and turned the volume all the way up. Hisoka closed her eyes and leaned her head back, ignoring the world around her.
