It sounded magical when he said my name. What? Bad thoughts.
"No problem at all I just need a towel and water"
"Let me take you upstairs to clean that up"
"No Hailey, let me rather take him" said max
"You probably won't know the room, lets go Jason" I said with a smile
I saw max jaw clench
Jason stood up and followed me upstairs
I took him to the guest room
I pointed to the bathroom "wash off" I said, he nodded and entered
After few minutes of waiting for him
"Hailey, are you there?" He asked
"Yeah "
"Get me a towel,pls"
"Ok"
I threw it But it landed on the ground
"Ahh "
he mumbled
"Hailey your tap isn't opening"
"How? Can I come in?"
"Yeah "
We both tried to open it but it didn't budge
I tried it one more time but it broke and the water splashed on both me and him soaking my hair wet and tangled
While his hair was wet and messy mine was wet and tangled and kept sticking to my face because of the hair product,I used, I probably look like a drowning mouse while he looks like a hot model coming from a shower.
Jason moved closer and put a strand of my hair behind my ear
I blushed
He moved closer allowing me to move backward till my head nearly hit the wall
Holy this is so cliché.

when max entered
"What's taking you guys time"
Max turned away
I flinched at hearing max voice
"Max?...oh...what are you doing here" i said
"Sorry to interrupt your moment" he said
"You are not interrupting anything you are my bestest friend and that's why I love you' engrossing him in a bear hug
I'm such a bitch I almost kissed jason and now I'm hugging his best friend
His face turned serious
"I'm just kidding no need to get all serious" I said still engrossed in the bear hug I said noticing his face.
"I know"he said stroking my wet hair
"Let me go and change" I said trying to push out of max bear hug
"Max "
"What?" He said oblivious to our position.
"You can let go of me now",I said with an awkward smile
