Dalton: Thank you for taking time out of your day to speak with us Mr. Ludarac. I know you must be busy.
Ludarac: What is this about?
Dalton: You have a lovely home here.
Ludarac: Thank you. What's this about?
Renfield: Are you aware that Dallas Gaines was attacked in his home on October 6th?
Ludarac: It was in the papers.
Renfield: Are you also aware that Jack Sitersin also died recently?
Ludarac: No. I hadn't heard that.
Dalton: When was the last time you saw or spoke to either of the victims?
Ludarac: The trial. What do I have to do with this?
Dalton: The county sheriff's office is just trying to get as much information as possible.
Ludarac: I have nothing to tell you.
Dalton: I know. I know, but we wouldn't be doing our job if we didn't ask you some questions.
Ludarac: Am I a suspect?
Dalton: We don't have all the facts yet. That's why we're here.
Ludarac: I don't know anything about this.
Dalton: I'm sure, but we must do our due diligence. Is your wife home?
Ludarac: No. She's out.
Dalton: Your kids?
Ludarac: They're out too.
Dalton: It must be hard raising the kids after what happened.
Ludarac: My wife and I are capable.
Dalton: I'm sure you are. So, you haven't seen or spoken to Dallas Gaines or Sitersin since the trial.
Dalton: How about your wife or children?
Ludarac: Not to my knowledge.
Renfield: Do you recall where you were on October 6th between one AM and three AM?
Ludarac: At home, I'm sure.
Renfield: And your wife could verify your whereabouts?
Renfield: Where were you on the night of October 11th?
Ludarac: Also at home. My wife can verify my whereabouts.
Dalton: Well, that concludes our questions. We'll have to speak with your wife at some point, but if your story checks out, we can cross you off our list. Where is your wife today?
Dalton: I see. Spending a day with the kids? How is the baby?
Ludarac: We don't have a baby, Mr.-what did you say your name was?
Dalton: Dalton, Adam Dalton, and it's Detective Adam Dalton incidentally.
Dalton: Really? I was told your wife was pregnant when-a few months back.
Ludarac: She was. She is not anymore. We don't have a baby.
Renfield: So what- Oh God. I'm so sorry, I didn't realize. I'm so sorry.
Ludarac: It's alright. If you don't mind-
Dalton: Of course. Say no more, I'm sure you're busy. We'll be in touch, Mr. Ludarac. Whoops, you don't want one of those upside-down. Here, I'll get it. You Catholic?
Ludarac: [Indiscernible] Thank you. I really must-
Dalton: Yes, of course. Thanks again, Mr. Ludarac.
