Error's plan was to piss off Nightmare, then go to the Star Sanses. That might make Ink angry at either of them. Or both of them. He really hoped it worked as he opened a portal to Nightmare's mansion. Everyone in the room he stepped into turned to look at him, including Nightmare.
"Nigh-ghtma-a-are."
"Error."
"Do you kn-know how much-ch-ch of a li-little bitch you-ou are?"
"Why are you studdering so much? Scared of hurting my feelings?"
"You know-ow my glitch is natur-ur-ural, just like y-you're inability to ac-actually kill your-ur-ur brother."
"At least I have the audacity to keep my mouth shut about your problems."
"What're you go-go-gonna do about i-it? Cry?"
"Keep it up and you're gonna do more than cry."
"Oh rea-eally?"
"Yes."
"Bet I'd-I'd cry less tha-an you."
Error opened a portal to the Star Sanses' base as Nightmare wrapped a tentacle around his throat, slamming him into the nearest wall through the portal, much to the surprise of Ink and Dream, who were in the base. He crashed as soon as he hit the wall, as he hadn't been expecting that. Dream drew up his bow and Ink grabbed his brush, seeing Error defenseless and not caring if he was an enemy. Despite the two guardians in front of him, Nightmare quickly moved toward Error, using another tentacle to almost shatter one of the destroyer's wrists. An arrow flew, striking through one of Nightmare's tentacles. Nightmare finally looked at Dream and Ink, both ready to fight. Figuring it was a bad idea to get in trouble with both of them, he let go of Error and went back to his mansion.
Error restarted and closed the portal behind Nightmare before noticing the pain in his wrist, back, and throat. Ink was quick to move, kneeling beside him and touching him carefully while examining the wrist, making Error go still. Ink looked at him, angry with Nightmare, but softening toward Error.
"You should sleep, Glitchy... it'll be better when you wake up..."
Error kind of nodded and closed his eyes as Dream brought bandages to keep his wrist together while it healed. Had his plan even worked? He hadn't seen any physical or facial anger. He was eventually sound asleep as the two started putting his wrist back together properly and wrapping it.
