 Ti prego – I beg you                Lo giuro! – I swear                   Ti amo – I love you (to lover)

Ti voglio bene (to dear ones) - I love you                                  Non lasciarmi! – don't leave me!  

Ho paura – I'm scared          Non sono stato io – I didn't do it / it wasn't me                 Perché?-why?                 Perché l'hai fatto? – Why did you do that?

Rispondimi! – Answer me!                Mi hai tradito – you betrayed me 

Ci avete tradito – you (plu) betrayed us

Lascialo stare! (male) Lasciala stare! – leave him/her alone! 

Lasciala andare! – let her go!     Lascialo andare! – Let him go!

Non farle del male (fem)/ Non fargli del male (male)/ Non fare loro del male! (plu) – don't hurt her/him/them

Ascoltami – listen to me      Ascoltatemi tutti! - everyone, listen to me!

Fa male! – it hurts        Basta! – enough/stop!      Taci!/ Sta' zitto! Fa' silenzio – shut up!

Cosa hai detto?/Che hai detto?/ Che cazzo hai detto? – what did you say? What the fuck did you say? 

Ripetilo, se ne hai il coraggio/ Dillo ancora, se ne hai il coraggio/ Dillo ancora, se ne hai le palle (strong) – say that again, if you have the courage to do it.

Guarda! – look!            La vuoi smettere? La vuoi piantare? – can you stop? 

Guardami – look at me       Prendi la mia mano! – take my hand! 

Sei così bella – you are so beautiful 

Sei incantevole/ Sei uno spettacolo – you are enchanting/beautiful 

Fallo per me – do it for me          Spogliati/ Togliti i vestiti – take off your clothes 

Baciami – kiss me         fammi tuo (male)/ fammi tua (fem) – make me yours 

 Prendimi – take me (sexual way)

Sei fuori di testa? Sei pazza? – Are you out of your mind/crazy?

Every Italian dialect has its own insults. Most of them are VERY offensive.

That is why I'll give ONLY A FEW examples.

EXAMPLE of Insults in dialect (Palermo) - Pezz'i mieidda – pezzo di merda       Figghiu ri buttana – figlio di puttana          Bastardu – bastardo        Cugghiuni – coglione        Bbuttana – buttana (prostitute)         Test'ri Cazzu – testa di cazzo         Picchi non t'ammazzi? – why don't you go killing yourself?           Non ci scassari a minchia – don't bother us (strong)
