The daughter of a Stark

Chapter 2

I wake up and get ready for school. I walk out and everyone is there to wish me good luck on my first day.

"Do you have your lunch?" Natasha asks I nod "Do you have all your school supplies?" Steve asks I nod "Do you have your phone?" Wanda asks.

"Guys I have everything don't worry" I say smiling "Love you guys bye" "We love you too good luck" Bruce says.

I walk out the door with my dad and Happy is waiting for us in the car. As we pull up to the school I get antsy.

"Hey sweetheart you're going to be ok it's just school" he says putting a comforting hand on my shoulder. I slowly exhale and smile.

"So once we get to the school you are going to go to the front office tell them your name they will give you your schedule. Peter will show you around." He says I nod we pull up to the school.

"I love you Mia" he says kissing my cheek "I love you too dad" I give him a kiss on the cheek.

I walk into the main office "Hi I'm new I'd like to pick up my schedule" I smile "What's the name?" The secretary asks "Mia Stark" I say she hands me my schedule.

"Your tour guide will be here momentarily" she says in a very flat voice. I awkwardly wait for my tour guide.

I see a boy with slightly curly brown hair and big brown eyes. "Mia?" He asks "Hi I'm Peter Parker" he says smiling I wave.

"Let me see your schedule" he says I hand him it "Ok cool we have all of the same classes" he says handing me my schedule.

He shows me around school then we walk into our first period together. "Sorry we're late I was just showing Mia around" he smiles "It's fine take your seat Peter" the teacher says.

I hand her my schedule and she nods "There is an open seat next to Peter sit there for now I will be changing the seating schedule after Halloween" she says I sit next to Peter.

"So your Mr.Starks daughter? That's so cool!" He whispers "Yeah I guess it's pretty cool" I shrug. "What's it like living in the tower?I mean I've been there a few times but it must be cool living with the Avengers"  I smile at his slight nerdiness.

"Really it's nothing special but if you want I can show you around sometime is Saturday ok?" I ask "Yeah Saturday is perfect" he smiles excitedly.

After three uneventful periods it was finally time for lunch. I find where Peter is sitting. He sits with a hefty guy and a skinny girl I walk over there.

"Hi" I say smiling and sitting down. "Hey Mia this is Ned and MJ" he smiles I wave to both of them.

"So Mia what stuff do you like?" Ned asks "I like to read and I play guitar" I say "That's cool" he says I nod. My phone starts buzzing "Hold on I'll be right back" I say walking outside.

"Hey dad" I say picking up my phone "Hey honey how's school?" He asks "It's good I'm just the most awkward person in the world and I have no idea how to talk to other kids I'm so used to being around adults. I also kind of invited Peter over in Saturday." I say

"Mia you're a Stark we're born with charm and looks just be yourself if they judge you they aren't your real friends" he says "Thanks dad I have to go bye" I hang up then I walk back inside.

"Hey sorry my dad is kind of overprotective" I say sitting down. I hear footsteps behind me. "Oh god" Peter says I turn around and see a boy standing behind me.

"Parker what are you doing hanging out with girls? I thought you were a girl repellent"He says this guy is gonna be trouble.

"Go away Flash" Peter says rolling his eyes "Hey beautiful what's your name?" He says looking at me.

"Mia" I say fake smiling "Hi Mia I'm Flash how about you come and sit with me and my friends instead of these losers" he says smugly.

"I'm good thank you tho" I say nicely "Come on it'll be fun" he says "Like I said before no thank you" I'm trying to be nice but it's getting hard.

He tightly grabs my wrist "Let's go beautiful" I slap his hand "Get off of me you fucking perv" I say then I push him away from me.

"Woah chill out! Apparently little miss rich bitch has attitude" he says rolling his eyes then walking away.

MJ gently grabs my arm so she can look at my wrist. "I don't see any bruises it's a little red I'll go get you some ice" she says getting up and walking off.

"Hey are you ok do you want me to call your dad or I can take you home" Peter offers "I'm good thank you my wrist just hurts a bit" I say.

"Things happen I will just tough it out" I add MJ comes back with ice. "Thank you" I smile she nods.

I hold the ice to my wrist and we just talk about  random things I have a lot in common with all of them.

After a long day Happy pulls up to pick me up from school. "Hey kid how was school?" He asks as I shut the car door. "Good" I smile "That's good kiddo your dad is taking you with him for a business dinner tonight" he says I nod.

Once I get home I see my dad sitting on the couch. "Hey dad" I say smiling "Hey sweetie be ready by 6 and the dinner is dressy" he says I nod.

I quickly walk into my room hoping he didn't notice my arm.
