THE TRUTH.

YOU FELT NAKED without your trusty blanket, your only type of comfort being the hoodie you wore the night before. Sure it was comfy, but nothing compared to that blanket.

You normally don't talk to the hot-head at school, the particular situation you both have unusual and difficult to explain. However, for most of the day, you've been trying to ask Bakugo about your blanket, but he seemed to be avoiding you. The thought of him possibly embarrassed about you covering him like a baby made you giggle, your laughter filling the empty common area at this ungodly hour.

"Why the fuck are you laughing to yourself," Bakugo sneers, his mood back to normal.

You slap your hand on top of your mouth, your head snapping back to the ash-blonde. As you gazed at the boy, you noticed your blanket draped over his shoulder, another stifled laugh coming from your lips.

"Hey! Stop laughing at me!" He yells, your case of the giggles only worsening. Bakugo noticed how you'll glance at your blanket, the memories of last night causing a subtle blush to spread across his cheeks. In a fit of embarrassment, he chucked your blanket straight at your face, the unlogical force causing you to fall off the couch.

You clutch the fluffy cloth and hum in comfort, your legs still on top of the couch while you laid down on the floor. "Oh how I missed you," you cooed, the ash-blonde sucking his teeth as he sat on the couch next to you.

He places a brown bag on the small coffee table, your eyes following the the item. The familiar bag made you sit up from the ground, sprawling yourself across the small table to inspect it.

"Wait, is this from the cafeteria?"

"So what if it is?" He retorts, clenching his jaw in agitation.

You place the blanket over your shoulders and open the bag, your eyes going wide to the sight, "No way, a donut?! This is amazing! It's been so long since I had one of these!"

Bakugo watched as you fidgeted in place in joy, taking a bite from the sugary snack with your cheeks dusted in pink. However, he was still glancing at the blanket, that feeling from yesterday still embedded in his head.

For some reason, when he woke up, he felt a feeling of warmth around him. It confused the daylights out of him and when he saw your blanket covering him, he was frustrated. He couldn't believe he fell asleep in front of you, especially when you were blackmailing him for something as dumb as snacks. It was all so annoying, yet, it was the first time he's had a good night's sleep.

"Hey, Bakugo," you chirped, the boy snapping out of his thoughts. You take a bite out of the donut, back to  your seat on the couch, "Did you sleep well last night?"

He grunts and throws a pillow at your head, but you managed to dodge it. "Shut the fuck up, extra!"

"Extra? I thought I was the crazy hungry chick?" You asked, a mischievous smirk display on your face.

"Whatever- So what if I slept well!? Who the fuck cares anyway," he speaks, the last few words coming out in a mumble.

The comment made your eyes narrow, your suspicions the last few days confirmed, "You've been having trouble sleeping, haven't you? It was why you were up so late the night we met?" Your questions make Bakugo lower his head, his features scrunching up.

"Alright fine, I've haven't been sleeping properly. What are you going to do, tell every-"

"No." He brings his head up, startled to see you staring at him so intently, "I'm not like that... in fact, I was going to offer my help." You shove the last piece in your mouth, your cheeks puffed up a little with the big bite, "That's only if you want it, however."

Bakugo narrowed his eyes, your gaze showing no malice whatsoever- once again your sincerity made him uneasy, not quite sure how to properly respond.

In the end, Bakugo growls and looks away, "If I'm going to be here to feed your stupid appetite. I might as well get something out of it."

You clap your hands together, "Alrighty then! I promise to do my best, Katsuki!"

"I told you not to call me that, dumbass!"
