THE DEAL.

THE ARGUMENT YOU had with Bakugo the other night kept playing back in your mind, your lips curving downward with how vicious you seemed. You're not a mean person, so even when Bakugo was a certified jerk it still bothered you to how you handled the situation. However, despite your regrets, you'll still blackmail him into giving you your snacks. It's the least he can do after he destroyed your beloved vending machine.

As you pulled your blanket over your shoulders once again, there was a bit of hesitation. You were unsure if the temperamental boy noticed your bluff, and if he did, you were positive that you were on his assumed hate list permanently. Hopefully, he didn't for your sake at a more peaceful time at UA.

"Geez, what took you so long?" Your ears perk up to his voice, your only response being a grunt.

The ash-blonde cocked an eyebrow, taken off guard by your silence. Yesterday night, you always had a snappy comeback with his threats, when normally people would just brush it off. But now your lack of responding just irritated him even more, his eyes narrowing dangerously as you continued to stand by idly.

"Why the fuck are you so quiet for?"

You reach out your hand while sighing, "Give me my snack already, I want to go back to bed."

He growls to your dismissive remark, shoving his hand in the pocket of his hoodie and tosses you a bag. When your hands clasp around the plastic, your eyes automatically went wide with happiness. After nearly twenty-four hours, you were finally going to eat a snack from your beloved vending machine.

You turned over the bag, reading what the temperamental boy got for you. However, your eyes dropped to the name.

"What the hell are veggie sticks?" You retorted, giving Bakugo an unimpressed look.

"It's the only thing I had right now, so deal with it," he said, shoving his hands into his pockets.

"Wait, the vending machine..."

"It's still fucking broken. These lazy asses... they won't get it fixed for a while," he responded, gesturing towards the machine.

You slowly make your way towards it, your hand reaching for the paper taped to the glass of the machine. They were really being unreasonable, now, you had to wait two weeks until they get a new one delivered to the dorms.

"My precious sugary snacks," your voice trailed, tears gathering at your eye sockets.

"What the fuck is with you, you're completely different from yesterday," Bakugo says, staring at you with furrowed brows.

You make your way back to him, "Well, you aren't acting like a complete asshat, so I have no reason to be annoyed."

"What's that supposed to mean?" he snarls, "I'm not the one who gets upset cause of a stupid vending machine!"

You snicker, a playful grin reaching your lips, "You really don't know what my quirk is? Don't you?"

"How does that have anything to do with what we're talking about!?"

You roll your eyes, "Do your homework then you'll see."

He clicks his tongue, clearly annoyed by how cunning you're appearing, "Why can't you give me a straight answer?!"

"I'll tell you tomorrow... after you give me my snack." You straighten your posture and plaster a small smile on your face, Bakugo's eyes going wide with rage by your statement.

"You're fucking- I gave you your stupid snack, that was the deal!"

You wave your finger dismissively at him, "The deal was for you to compensate for my snack because you broke the vending machine. And it's still broken."

You hold up the veggie sticks in disgust, they look so gross and unappealing, but it would have to do for now.

"Listen, Katsuki, I'm sure you're not as dumb as you look." You give him a thumbs up while holding the bag, "I'm sure you'll use that pretty little head of yours and figure it out."

"Pretty?" He mumbled. You nodded in response.

"It's getting pretty late so I'll just meet you here again tomorrow, but this time, bring something more likely to give a diabetic a heart attack please." You send a little wave to the ash-blonde, chuckling to yourself after he raised an eyebrow.

Bakugo watched completely unamused as you shuffled away with your blanket and stupid looking socks. He wasn't sure what exactly happen to you, your change of mood giving him some sort of whiplash- you confused the living daylights out of him. He didn't even know you existed, your name and basically everything about you unknown to him. So at this moment, you were dubbed as that crazy hungry chick that kept appearing everywhere since yesterday.

Once you were out of sight, Bakugo grunted in annoyance with how much you made him think about you. He just hoped that the next few days wouldn't prove to be useless and you end up snitching on him anyway. If he had to do another week up picking up others people trash, he was going to go ballistic.

Maybe he shouldn't have let out his anger on the vending machine, cause if he didn't, he would have had to worry about buying a girl he barely knew- nor cared about- useless bags of snacks.
