Emotions... Take you places in your head where no one wants to go, whether they are happy or sad, deppresing or estatic feelings; this is what we all experience but its hard holding on to one because another one is just around the corner to spoil the day. These are something we cannot control, but if we try to look at it from a different perspective we can change them. However when these emotions hit our heart theer is no stopping them, they just leave you stunned....and then you need time to recover so build a wall and get over that shit!
