Chapter 9: Warmth of the Heart

- (Y/N)'s POV -

Two years have passed since my date with Elsa. Elsa and I have gotten really close to each other during these years, but nothing has happened. I love Elsa more and more everyday, but until she is ready, I will be waiting for her. Elsa has expressed her love to me after a year, but she is worried what the council would do about us. She fears that they might banish me and she will marry some Prince or King afterwards.

Right now, I'm just laying in my bed. Tomorrow is the day where I officially finish my training. My training with Master Shifu has made my body the height of human possibilities. I've defeated many soldiers in 1v1 duels, all against me, and I've always come out as the winner. Tomorrow is the day I graduate my training and become a master myself.

Me: "Man, these past couple of years have been a journey."

I began to remember the past. The multiple dates Elsa and I have gone on, the memories with my Anna and Kristoff, playing with Olaf, my training with Master Shifu... all of this was thanks to Elsa.

I toss and turn on my bed. Finally stopping when I face the window in my room. I close my eyes to rest up for tomorrows surprise.

Later...

I wake up to a knock on my door. I blink a few times to adjust to the light before stretching my arms. I yawn and responded to the knocker before I keep them waiting.

Me: "Who is it?"

Elsa: "Its me Elsa, I came to wake you up for your big day."

Me: "You can come in Elsa!"

I get up from my bed and Elsa walks in. I head behind my room divider to change. I began putting on my combat gear which was basically my training gear.

Elsa: "Anyways (Y/N), since today is most likely you graduate and become a master, I have a present for you..."

Me: "Thank you but what is it?"

Elsa: "Well see every Master has their unique weapon and I thought since you're my protector... I made you a something."

I appear from behind the divider and see Elsa blushing with something behind her back. She tries to hide her face from me out of embarrassment.

Me: "You really shouldn't have. I know it's tiring to make something permafrost like Olaf."

Elsa: "No its fine, I wanted to do it for you... to thank you."

I got closer to Elsa and hugged her tightly. She freezes up from the sudden contact but eventually warms up to the hug and hugs me back. I was able to feel what I am assuming my present touching my back.

Me: "Thank you."

Elsa then nuzzles her face into my chest and I place my head on top of hers. We continue to hug before Elsa begins to separate from me. She then holds up the weapon in front of me.

Elsa: "It's a sword. I went and grabbed the papers from your desk that had the designs of your master's graduation sword. It was incredibly detailed so I was able to create it with my ice powers quite easily. I added your symbol on the hilt as an accessory and in the blade I was able to etch in the words 'TRUE TO YOURSELF'. I thought since you helped me find who I am, I thought it would be fitting...."

Elsa then unsheathes the blade and I began to see what she meant by her description. The whole sword was made up of ice and the hilt was wrapped in some sort of expensive fabric. Then I saw my symbol as the bottom of the sword out of ice. The sword glistened in the morning sun's light and it was perfect. I put my hands underneath the blade and Elsa places it in my hands. I continue to look at the perfection of it and see the words 'TRUE TO YOURSELF'. My jaw was dropped this whole entire time and Elsa smiles at my reaction.

Me: "This is perfect... better than my drawings."

She chuckles at my compliment and pushes her platinum hair behind her ear with a light pink tint to her cheeks.

Elsa: "It was worth it because I got to see that handsome face in shock."

I look at Elsa and she has her arms crossed with that beautiful smile that melts my heart everytime I see it. Sometimes I- screw it.

I throw the sword on my bed and lifted up Elsa off the ground. I kissed her deeply and she kisses me back in response. I held her up and Elsa had her arms around my neck, deeping into the kiss. Her light moans through the kisses showed she enjoyed it every second of it. A minute into the kiss, we both back out for a breath of air.

Me: "Wow... Uhh I am sorry for that..."

I place her back down on the ground and we both adjust our messed up clothing. Once we got ourselves organized again, we both went out on to the balcony for fresh air. Elsa leans against the railing as I approach her from behind. I place my arms around her stomach and place my head on her shoulders as I hug her. We both gaze over the morning horizon, happiest we can be.

Elsa: "You know I've been waiting for that for a long time."

Me: "Really?"

Elsa: "I was just scared that this was all a facade and that you just wanted to be with me for what I am and not who I am."

Me: "Yes you told me this a couple years ago. And regardless of what troubles I was going to have to go through to be with you, I knew it was going to be worth it."

Elsa: "Troubles?"

Me: "I don't exactly mean troubles, sorry."

Elsa: "I know its just that you're not wrong. I wanted... us to happen years ago but I wasn't ready and you knew that it will be awhile before I am. I was scared of doing the same mistake as Anna... Yet, you stayed, and helped me in many ways. You.."

Elsa began tearing up. I squeezed her a little tighter to show that I am with her. Elsa puts her hands on mine as she takes a deep breath and continues.

Elsa: "You... made me experience what love felt like... and I don't want to lose this feeling when I am with you."

She then turns around and puts her hands on my face. She brings me closer for a kiss, it was light but meaningful. We then place our foreheads on each other's in the morning sun.

Elsa: "I love you (Y/N)..."

Me: "I love you too..."

We got closer together as we swayed side to side, completely oblivious to anything else but each other. I promise Elsa, that I won't do you any harm.
