Bella didn't hesitate to show her clear contempt of Ariella. She didn't even have to do much, as her eyes revealed the pain, the betrayal and the anger everytime she glanced at her own sister. Edward frowned slightly. To him, it was clear that there had either been a misunderstanding, or Ariella had done something to anger or piss off Bella.

"So . . What subject do you have next?" Alice asked the witch, trying to break the tension and not let the argument of the two sisters come apart her trying to be friends with the witch.

"Actually, lunch is my last period." Ariella said. The Cullen's gaped at her in amazement. Ariella shrugged, not really fazed. "Since I transferred from Scotland and already learned everything there, they gave me a choice. I obviously chose to have half the day free."

Rosalie gasped, her pale face lighting up in excitement and her eyes twinkling as she came up with activities that the two might be able to do together with half the day free. "Oh! This is the perfect time to do some shopping! This is too great an opportunity to pass up."

Alice giggled, but sighed. "But, if that's it, then you would technically be skipping, Rose. Besides, it's her schedule for everyday."

Ariella looked up, not really wanting to break off Rosalie's excitement and tell her that she already had plans. She was about to say something about her predicament when Edward beat her to it. "Actually, I think Ariella has some plans."

Jasper and Emmett exchanged a glance. Jasper nudged Ariella, his tone teasing and hsi voice having a slight lilt to it, his southerner accent coming out naturally. "May I accompany you, darling?"

Ariella turned scarlet once more, feeling flustered about the sudden question (and the nickname) "Oh - uh, if you would like to. But – uhm – I'm heading somewhere that's nowhere near Forks, and my means of transportation to get there might seem odd to you."

Jasper nodded and flashed her a small smile, being the kind understanding gentleman that he is. Bella muttered under her breath. "Slut."

When Ariella heard the word, it seemed as though everything in her sight became various shades of red and suddenly all she could think about was the anger she was feeling toward a her sister. A streak of red colored the small strand of hair beside the blonde one from earlier.

Luckily, Ariella was able to snap out of it and get ahold of herself before she could break the Statute of Secrecy. Afraid that she might just lose control because of her sister's foolish antics, Ariella stood up and quickly said, "I'm sorry. I have to go."

Ariella didn't hesitate and spun around leaving the table, and quite successfully momentarily stunning the Cullen's. Rosalie turned to Bella. If she didn't like the human before well she surely hated her now. "Why the hell do you hate her so much? I'm pretty sure someone as kind as Ariella won't hurt a single soul. At least not intentionally and not with a choice."

Bella scoffed. "She left me."

"To go to Scotland, am I right?" Emmett asked, looking at Bella intently.

"Yes." Bella said, rolling her eyes. "When she was 11 she got a letter from a freaking owl that said she had to go to this boarding school, and she obviously had the chance to refuse, but she didn't!"

The Cullen's glanced at each other once again. Jasper stood up, not looking at anyone in the table. "I'm going after her. I worry that she might be in trouble."

He walked out of the cafeteria, leaving his siblings staring at his retreating figure as well. Ariella sighed, frustrated, as she walked out of the campus and off to the forest. Figuring she could take a break from all the stuff happening, Ariella looked for a place that would hide her. She spun, and apparated to the Weasley's house. The wonderful fragrance of Molly Weasley's cooking floated through the air, and made her quite hungry despite just coming from lunch. She knocked on their door thrice, patiently waiting for any of the present Weasleys to come open the door. A few moments later, Arthur Weasley came through, and was surprised at her sudden appearance.

"Oh!" he exclaimed, pleasantly startled by the sudden surprise.. "Ariella! What brings you to our home today?"

Ariella walked in when Arthur invited her to. "I just needed a break. I thought that maybe I could get an update on whatever is happening?"

Molly and Arthur looked at each other and nodded. "Of course."
