'This was a mistake..' Brick thought to himself.

"Here are your drinks." The girl came back. She placed the drinks to rest on the coasters.

"Are you ready to order?" She asked and placed the silver tray under her arm. She pulled out a black notebook and a green pen.

"I will take the beef steak with a salad on the side." Brick said and set the menu down.

"I'll take a veggie burger with some fries." Boomer said after the girl wrote Brick's order down.

"I will take the lobster dish and your phone number please." Butch smirked at her. The girl gave him an unamused look. She put the notebook back in her skirt pocket and the pen back in her messy bun. She walked off, back through the double doors.

"I like this girl." Brick grinned at his older brother. Butch didn't move a muscle. Only a shocked expression on his face.

"No girl has ever gave me an unamused look! What is happening? Is it the end of the world? Am I really getting old?!" Butch panicked as he felt his face with his hands. His brothers only snickering.

"Chill little bro. Some girls like to play hard to get." Brick reassured Butch. Butch sighed in frustration. He pulled out his packet of cigarettes and his lighter. He lit one up and pressed it against his lips.

"Here are you're orders. Enjoy." The girl came back. Three trays of dishes in her hands. She set them down, not making eye contact with the green male.

Until the smell of smoke brushed against her nose.

"Excuse me, sir?" She asked. Butch looked at her with curiousity.

"This is a ‘no smoking’ building so if you want to smoke, you can gladly do it outside." She plainly said to him, yet a small hint of venom was hiding in her voice.

"I don't see a sign." Butch smirked and blew the smoke in her face. She slightly coughed and waved the smoke away. She glared at him and pointed at a sign above the table.

"Oh." Butch said, blush appearing on his cheeks. He glared at his brothers as he heard them chuckle.

"I'm gonna tell you again," she said, snatching the cigarette away from Butch's lips.

"This is a no smoking building." Was the last thing she said before walking off and throwing the cigarette away.

Leaving Butch amused, not taking his eyes off of her.

It was the next day in the city of Townsville. A small diner opening at exactly 9 o'clock. The doors opened. The sweet smell of treats and foods exiting the small building.

A familiar green vehicle was the first to park in the parking lot. A ravenette climbed out and closed the door. He adjusted his dark green hoodie. He placed a cigarette on his lips and lit it up, small ash particles falling on his blue ripped jeans. He put his earbuds into his ears and played his one favorite sing.

Butch walked along the road, slightly banging his head against the beat. His white sneakers stepping with every beat.

He opened the door to the café. A sweet smell of cinnamon brushed against his nose. He walked inside and took an empty booth next to a big window.

He softly banged his hands in the table with the beats. His feet doing the same with the floor. He looked among the empty diner. Only the chef and two other workers cleaning the other tables.
