The Four Seasons Hotel - 6:53am, Tuesday (Chicago, IL)
"I can wait all day, Dean." Triple H said, with anger creeping into his voice. "But you're not walking out that door until I get an apology."
My eyes flickered to him, standing beside me with his hands shoved in his pockets, then over to Seth - who was in just a pair of sweatpants with messy bed hair - watching the exchange intently along with Roman - who was wearing a T shirt and boxers - on the wall.
We were all fast asleep when we were rudely awaken to come to the lobby. All of the lights were blinding me and I kept turning my head away, almost burying it in Dean's shirtless shoulder.
So you may ask, why were we here.
Well, last night was the cause of this tension filled meeting.
"Are you sure you're okay, baby girl?"
I looked up at Roman, wanting to slap him for asking sixty times in the past hour. However my hand was much too occupied holding ice to the side of my face.
"I told you, I'm fine. Now stop asking, my jaw hurts way too much to keep moving it for the same thing."
"My bad."
"What medication would you like for the fracture?" Dr. Andrew poked his head in.
"The strongest one you've got."
He nodded and disappeared again. My focus then shifted to Seth in the corner staring at me with some worry in his eyes. I knew he had a burning desire to ask some questions and I'd give him his chance when the aspirin kicked in so I could talk without wincing.
"We've got a few hours to kill," Roman sighed. "What do you want to do?"
Seth looked at his watch and shrugged. "There's only two. We might as well wait it out here."
The room returned to silence after that. Giving me ample time to go over everything in my head again. I was officially Dean's girlfriend - well at least to him - and he was off eliminating what he believed was a threat to our relationship. The threat that was actually a positive to our COO who'd get pissed at him. Then cause a positive to be created for me when they'd get some tension in them.
A smile fought its way on my face but I winced when the pain fought back.
"It's okay, baby girl, the medicine should be working soon enough," Roman muttered and I nodded. Swinging my feet back and forth until the Doctor returned. Right as we were exchanging medicine, we heard commotion in the hallway.
Prompting us all to run out, noticing a large huddle that had formed.
"Everyone stand back!" Stephanie screeched, causing the group of girls to scatter away from where Dean and Corey had crashed on the floor. "Someone get security!"
It was a wild scene to say the absolute least. Practically the entire building was watching this fight take place from a safe distance. To my surprise, Rollins and Reigns stood by me through the whole thing. They didn't dare to try to break it up, mainly because Dean might've bit their hands off or something with how rabid he was being.
