Today, November 12. (Seoul, Korea)
"My aunt has been very kind to me, she fed me like a princess and took care of me when my mom is far away from me. Aunt and Mom, I wished that you live for another 1000 years, but here we are in the funeral. Auntie, please say hi to mom from me. I love you, Auntie," I say.
While taking a break from the speech, I speak once more. I say, "When my Auntie was still alive, she told me that my mom died. I never felt so sad in my life. The reason of her death was murder, how can someone plan to kill my cherubic mom. That day darkened my life but my Aunt pulled me away from the darkness. She told me, 'Don't go dark, dark are dark, and darkness are bad for you. Don't let your dreams put in darkness. Be the sunshine you are.'"
I thanked her and for those words she told me brighten my day.
Suddenly, I remember my very best friend, Mark. I wonder where he is now and if he could recognize when he sees me. Especially, if he can still remember his queen of the court, I smile.
