Riley invited me over for her family's christmas dinner tomorrow and i cant wait to see her grand parents, joshua who last time i saw him was really cute in my 5 year old eyes so i cant wait to see what he looks like now. I also want to see shawn because i dont think hes real.
Its 2pm right now and im really bored because my mom has been sleeping all day so i decided to text riley.
Maya- Hey riles
riley- Hey maya!!!!!
Maya- what are you doing???
Riley- just decorating my room, how about you?
Maya- nothing, you know i never do anything at my house...
Riley- well i just thought because tomorrow is christmas maybe something would change
Maya- well you thought wrong
Riley- OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maya- What.
Riley- MY UNCLE JOSH IS COMING!!!!!!!!!!!
Maya- Stop lying to me
Riley- Im not
Maya- so hes really coming????
Riley- YUPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maya- YAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Riley- I have to go, see you later!!!

I cant believe Josh is really coming!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been in love with him since i was 5!!! Hes probably so hot now. no! Maya, you cant think like that. Hes your best friends uncle. Besides, he probably likes girls his own age. But I can dream right?
Riley's Pov:
"MERRY CHRISTMAS FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!" I yelled walking into my kitchen.
"Merry christmas riley" They said back.
"Hey honey, can you help me put ornaments on the christmas tree" My mom asked
"Sure" i said walking over to her
As we were putting ornaments on the christmas tree the door bell rang.
"I'll get it" I said walking over to the door
"Hey maya"
"Hey riles"
"Is josh here yet?!?!?" Maya asked a little too excided
"No but he should be here any minute" I said putting more ornaments on the the tree
Just after I said that my grandpa and grandma came walking through the door.
"Riley! Maya!" My grandpa said as we hugged him
"Hey grandpa! Wheres uncle josh?" I asked
"He should be here any minute" He said
