Bailey head laid on the window as Steve rode down the dark road

"Bailey I can't believe we found you" Steve said as he drove "I'm happy you did, I was almost as good as dead" bailey said "don't say that" robin said "I was-I am do you see me, I could've killed all of you, you guys risked your lives for me, I can't even use my powers, that's how weak I am, he forced me to use my power non stop-daily" bailey said "but look where we are now..on our way home" max said "yes, but I couldn't even run, I can't even sit up right now" Bailey cried and mike wrapped her arm around her shoulder

"It's fine, we'll help you" mike whispered to the girl "bailey you're fine, you don't need to use your powers, when you get you get to rest" lucas "also, you can't go to school for a while, now that you're not safe, we have to relocate where you stay" Dustin said and bailey looked at the boy "I forgot about that part" max said "who's house am I'm going to?" Bailey asked while holding onto mike as her eyes started getting heavy "mikes, he's the one who kept el hid and safe" lucas said and she nodded and she closed her eyes

"Bailey" mike whispered and her eyes open slowly "yes?" She asked "where at dustins" mike said and she got up and looked at mike "oh sorry, for laying on you" Bailey said "no, it's fine" mike said "stop flirting and come on" Dustin said and bailey blushed "we're not flirting" mike snapped and bailey nodded "yea, never" bailey said and out of the car

Dustin and bailey walked inside the house and Dustin hugged bailey

"I'm sorry" Dustin said and bailey smiled "it's alright, wanna have a slumber party before I go?" Bailey asked "sure-no girly stuff" he said "just one face mask?" Bailey asked "nope" Dustin said "please, this is my last day" she said and Dustins head dropped and he sighed "fine" he said and she smiled "max taught me how to do it, it's fun" bailey said

Bailey woke up and got dressed she walked out of her room and saw Dustin "ready for your last day?" Dustin asked and she nodded "what do I tell people if they ask why I'm leaving?" Bailey asked "just say you're moving with your mom" he said and bailey nodded

"Let's eat before we go" Dustin said and the girl nodded and sat down next to Dustin

"So, you and mike?" Dustin said and she looked at the boy "why do you always bring this up?" She asked "because, last night-that was a pretty long hug, also you 2 were both cuddling in the car-that really tells me something" Dustin said and bailey rolled her eyes playfully "were friends mike still likes el, but I'm scared to tell him how el feels" Bailey said "what do you mean?" Dustin asked "el likes the Avery boy, I was using my telekinesis to check up and-Avery confessed that he liked el and el said she like him too" bailey said to Dustin

"Well she moved on" Dustin said with his eyes wide and she nodded "yea, I guess, but I feel bad for mike because he hasn't moved on" bailey said "I'm pretty sure it's clear that he did, he's just fighting his brain" Dustin said "fighting his brain?" Bailey said as she took a bite of her cereal

"Yea, he doesn't know if he likes you or loves el still" Dustin said and bailey stopped eating her cereal "l-loves?" She choked out "yea, he confessed it, remember?" Dustin said and bailey shook her head "the day you stormed out of mikes-he confessed that he loved el" Dustin said and bailey nodded "I was probably just too upset to remember" bailey said "or the new secret lab made your head a bucket of fuck" Dustin said and bailey glared at the boy "too soon?" Dustin said and bailey hit the boys arm

"It's 7:02 already?" Dustin said shocked "time flies when-" bailey cut the boy off "when you're not having fun" bailey said "total bull" Dustin said "yea, I know you are" bailey said "it's your last day here and you're treating me like shit?" Dustin said "that's what sisters do right?" Bailey said and Dustin rolled his eyes playfully and there was a knock at the door

Bailey froze up and Dustin touched her hand "I'll get it, keep eating" he said and she nodded Dustin opened the door seeing the party

"Bailey still eating so just come in" Dustin said and they nodded and walked inside

They followed after Dustin as they went into the kitchen to see bailey rushing to eat "hey, bails-you didn't have to rush" max said and bailey spit out her cereal; laughing

"I was trying my best to hurry" bailey said "yea, we came early, we still got time" lucas said and she nodded while walking to the sink "I finished anyway" bailey said

"So ready to head out?" Dustin said while throwing the girl her backpack and she caught it and nodded

"Let's go" mike said and they all nodded

Bailey held onto mike as they rode to school she was thinking about telling him about el

He was going to find out sooner or later

"M-mike?" She said "yes?" He asked "I'm sorry" she said and the big furrowed his eyebrows "what do you mean? Is everything alright?" Mike asked "yes, but el" she said and mike tensed up and she felt it "what about her?" He asked "she likes someone else, and I don't want to start anything, I just want you to know" bailey said and held a boy tightly

She rested her head on his back; hugging the boy

"I'm sorry" she said again "it's fine" mike said and he sighed deeply "I've been-falling for someone recently, she's really been there for me, she just doesn't see it yet" mike said and bailey sighed and lifted her head off his back

She looked to the ground
