She hadn't gotten up in four days.

The only things she got up to do were grabbing more snacks, use the bathroom, and take quick showers. That was all. And not getting up meant not going to school, missing days in Aizawa's class was hell. So she'd have to come up with a good excuse.

But that was hardly her biggest concern.

Upon laying lifelessly in her bed for so long, she had plenty of time to think of what had happened, what she did.

"You dumbass.." She groaned into her pillow.

While she couldn't really explain her feelings for Katsuki yet, she knew it was wrong to just leave him like that. And it was haunting her like a ghost.

"He poured his heart out, and you did what y/n? You ran." She was still talking to herself.

She kicked her feet and rolled around, her tangled hair was sticking to her sweaty face. Her eyes stared up at the ceiling fan.

Her door creaked open, and upon seeing it was her mother, she groaned even more.

"What is it mom? I already said I didn't want to go to school today..."

"I don't care about what you want, this is the fourth day of you missing school and I'm not having it, if I have to drag you out of that bed I will" She said.

Y/n used the pillow to cover her face. She was about to say something but was interrupted by a sharp hit to her arm.

"Ow-!"

"You're being a lazy brat, I'll write you a note but you're getting your ass up and going to school today!"

Her mom rarely would be upset with her, seeing as it was only the two if them it was important to keep peace. So seeing her mom yell and hit her with a shoe was a little different.

"Okay, I'll get up.."

Her mom started to walk out of the room, but stopped.

"And you better take a shower!" She shouted then shut the door.

She had gotten ready and was slipping on her shoes. She slapped her face trying her best to wake up.

Her mom handed her some money for snacks and kissed her on the head.

"Be sure to apologize to your teacher and get your missing work and all that, have a good day at school"

"Okay mom, I will" She left while waving.

On the walk to school she searched everywhere for Katsuki, so she could try and come up with any form of an apology, but he was no where to be found. So, she walked alone to class.

But to her luck, he was there when she opened the door, she rushed to his desk.

"Katsuki can we talk? Maybe at lunch or after school? Just a quick second-"

He interrupted, "No".

She opened her mouth to speak again and protest, but he repeated his last words. She could tell he was starting to get angry, so she sighed and sat down.

Izuku tapped on her shoulder, she turned her head.

"Hey um, do you and Kacchan have something going on..? And is that why you were absent for so long?" He asked.

"Well, yeah sort of. It's really my fault though"

"I would try talking to him but I think it'd just make things worse" He laughed while scratching the back of his neck.

Y/n slightly laughed.

"Well how about I give some advice at lunch? I'll try to help in any way I can"

She smiled, and started to reply but was interrupted for the second time that day.

"Hey Deku! I was wondering if you were sitting with me at lunch? Just us two" Ochaco said.

Y/n's eyes went wide, Ochaco wouldn't have done something like that on purpose. It was just a coincidence that she interrupted. Right?

"Oh um- I was actually going to-"

"Perfect! I'll see you then!" She cheered and sat back down in her seat.

Y/n squinted her eyes in confusion, and turned back around. It was weird, and to make matters worse, the second she turned around, she was met with an angry Aizawa.

"Its nice to see that you're back, l/n" He spoke semi-sarcastically, menace in his voice.

The entire classes attention was on her.

She gulped, and felt her face heat up in embarrassment.

Her day couldn't get any worse. A boy that she possibly liked was furious with her for being so indecisive. The other boy that she possibly liked had what seemed to be a jealous girlfriend..? She was put on the spot in front of her class. And now, she was stuck in detention. Not just regular detention, but scraping gum from under tables and wiping the board kind of detention.

Her lack of excuse and lackluster apology definitely didn't persuade Aizawa, so she was stuck.

"This sucks.." She sighed.

The door slid open, her eyes locking onto the figure there.

"Are you fucking kidding me?" Katsuki cussed, his lip curled up.
