Maybe
Maybe my heart didn't really skip a beat.
Maybe the twinkle in your eyes,
Was just the sun reflecting weird.
Maybe the feeling in my stomic,
Was just that i didn't eat breakfast,
And maybe my loss of breath,
Was because it was hot outside.
But most of all,
Maybe i just thought is was love.
More importantly,
Maybe I'm not suppose to get over you,
I mean look at how many times I've tried.
Maybe there's a reason it's not working.
