A/N: I've had so many ideas flowing through me at once and I had to start on them all! You might see quiet a few story introductions come up. This chapter is the background to this story. I am going to change a lot to fit the story. Enjoy!
Aubrey and Bucky Barnes were twins. They lived normal lives and spent a lot of it with their best friend Steve Rodgers.
Not to long ago Bucky was enlisted in the military he already left and Aubrey was going to leave in 2 days to help out. She was the top of her class and she landed a spot with a bunch of scientists and inventors helping out with the war. She was going to be working along side Peggy Carter and Howard Stark. Bucky was very happy for her but Steve didn't want her to leave. He was unable to enlist in the military due to poor health. He didn't want to be all alone.
Time had passed and Steve had become the first super soldier. Aubrey was apart of the experiment. She was with Steve the whole time while Bucky was off fighting in the war. She missed her brother a lot but she knew he was doing good. More time passed, Aubrey was the first woman to fight in the war. They trusted her enough because of her amazing hand to hand skills and her ability to shoot a gun. As well as her smarts. She was fighting along side her boys, Steve and Bucky. Bucky was happy to have his sister with him but he couldn't help but fear of something would happen to her. He was nervous whenever they all went out.
Then came the day they had found Dr. Zola. He was on the train and they had the chance to capture him. Steve, Bucky, and Aubrey were on the train trying to get to Dr. Zola. When the side of the train blasted open. Bucky was thrown out and he was barely hanging on. The bar broke and he fell. Without a second thought Aubrey dove after him. Steve tried to catch her but missed. In less than 2 minuets he lost both of his best friends. He felt all alone as he clung to the side of the train.
70 years had passed since that event and he was now an Avenger living in New York and that's where our story starts.
