Until James, Albus and Lily joined Hogwarts, they regurarly had Hagrid as a babysitter. One day, in a quiet moment, Hagrid asked Ginny, "I love babysitting the little ones, but I can't help but wonder, why me? Why not Ron, Luna, Hermione?" And Ginny, softly stroking Hagrid's arm, whispered, "Harry once told me, though he loves all his friends, he will always value you as his first ever friend. And because of that, he trusts you with his life."
Hagrid let out one tear, and never forgot this moment.
