when i fall in love
it will be forever.
MAYBE VALERIA WOULD HAVE STAYED― in heaven is she hadn't broken the first and foremost rule that all angels have to follow, and maybe she wouldn't have gotten herself into the mess that she's currently in. But no―she just had to rebel a little . . .
. . . after what seemed like plummeting to Earth for eternity― with her wings literally being sliced off her back, Valeria has been kicked out from the only home she's ever known. Did she know her rebellious attitude would lead her to this fate? No. Lucky for her, God himself, was lucky enough to give her a second chance to come back to heaven.
The only way for her to get her wings back and make it back to heaven is to save a pure soul from a terrible fate. Seems easy right? Wrong. With no information with what to do next, Valeria falls in front of a crazy wizarding school with only a single piece of information to help guide her on her mission. A name.
THERE WAS NO SUCH THING―as a damsel in distress in Cedric's eyes until he met Valeria. There could be more than millions of questions that would pass through his head every day but there were only so many that remained in his head. Who was she? And importantly . . .
. . . why was she so bad at everything? It was as if fate just so happened to place Valeria in Cedric's life― even though she was drop-dead gorgeous, the girl practically had no clue in any of her classes. Was he going to leave her to flunk all of her classes? No. If it wasn't for his heart of gold, Cedric would have left her in the dust.
Yet there was something about her that made Valeria different than everyone else at Hogwarts― which is shocking considering the fact that Luna Lovegood was beyond weird. And yet, he was determined to help this damsel in distress no matter what. Even if it meant trying to figure out what was so different about her.
Too bad he can't say her name right.
LET'S JUST SAY THAT― once Cedric's name was drawn out as one of the champions to participate in the Triwizard Tournament that everything suddenly clicks into place. For someone that's been considered a damsel in distress by almost everyone at school . . .
. . . Valeria finally understands the importance of her mission. It turns out that it's time for her to step up her game and use that angelic brain and powers of hers to help guide Cedric through this tournament to make sure he stays alive.
He wants the glory, she wants her wings. But none of them ever considered another hidden possibility that maybe . . .
. . .they want each other.
mortals are such simple creatures.
