Chapter 4: Not a Monster

- (Y/N)'s POV -

I look at Elsa and she looks back at me.

Me: "Stay here, I am going to go check it out."

Before I was able to get up from the couch, Elsa grabbed my wrist. I turn to her, and she was looking down. I sigh and kneel in front of her, holding her hands.

Me: "Elsa, its probably just Anna and the rest."

She reluctantly lets go of me and proceeds to move back into the master bedroom. I on the other hand, went downstairs to the front door to see who it is. I creak open the door and see Marshmallow fighting off against some knights. I see 3 figures that stood out from the others that looked like bandits, obviously not from the same kingdom. I see one of them notice me and take aim with their crossbow at me. I quickly slam the door shut just in time before an arrow pierces through the door. I head towards the stairs and run up to get Elsa.

Me: "Elsa!"

I open the door to the bedroom and see Elsa looking into a mirror of ice, fixing her platinum hair. She looks at me through the mirror. I look at her with a face of panic and she turns around to face me.

Elsa: "Are you okay (Y/N)? Was it Anna?"

Me: "No it was not, we have to get out of here Elsa! Quickly!"

Elsa: "What do you mean? Is something wrong?"

Me: "A bunch of knights are at the doorsteps! They are attacking Marshmallow and attacked me!"

I hear the door being forced open, followed by multiple voices.

???: "Find the Queen and that man at the door!"

???: "Yes sir!"

Elsa goes wide eyed and looks at me. My whole body slowly getting colder by the second. Ice around the room changing from clear and smooth to cloudy and rigid.

Me: "Elsa! Calm down, I am here to protect you. We need to find a way out of here.

Elsa grabs a hold of my hands. Shes squeezing tightly. Her warm hands always surprises me, her powers contradicts that thought.

Elsa: "(Y/N) I don't want you to get hurt because of me. I don't want to lose you. I want to be around you more."

Me: "Elsa, we are going to be-"

Someone breaks down the door before I can finish. I turn around and I see its the one that shot their crossbow bolt at me earlier.

???: "Found you Ice Queen."

He aims his crossbow bolt at Elsa and fires. Thinking quickly, I pushed Elsa down with me.

Me: "ELSA!"

I was able to successfully get Elsa out of the way and I was also able to dodge the arrow. We both get up and the guy fires again. This time landing into my right shoulder.

Me: "FUUUUUU-!"

Elsa:"(Y/N)!"

Elsa looks back at the man, furious. The room gets even colder and the bandit looks around the room, petrified of Elsa's powers. Elsa stands up and strong blasts of wind starts blowing through the door as the bandit walks backwards.

Bandit: "You freak!"

Elsa walks forward to the bandit as his friend comes in to help. Elsa blasts one away with an ice wall and sends one against the wall with ice spikes. She was about to kill them! I need to stop her before she does!

Me: "Elsa! Stop! You're going to kill them!"

I get up from the ground and limp to the door frame of the bedroom.
