"Because of who you are, I give you glory. Because of who you are, I give you praise. Because of who you are, I will lift my voice and say. Lord, I worship you, because of who you are. Lord, I worship you, because of who you are." |Song in mm. Ms. Vicky did her thing. One of my favorite songs to listen to🙏🏽|

I hummed lowly to the music stirring the pancake mix. It was early Sunday morning and church was canceled today, due to heavy rains. I figured I'll cook and watch the live sermon aired later on.

"Morning, babe." Terrell wrapped his arms around me leaning down to peck my lips.

"Good morning. How did you sleep?"

"Like a baby." He reached over, grabbing a piece of bacon.

"I'm sure you did. You were all in my ear." I frowned making him laugh.

"I'm sorry, I was tired as hell after yesterday. I had four clients. You know I was putting in that work."

"That's why you need a good breakfast. Have a seat and I'll bring you your food." He didn't question me as he sat down. I finished the last pancake, cut off the stove, and placed the pan into the sink. I fixed both of our plates and sat Terrell's down in front of him.

"Thank you, baby."

"No problem." We sat in a comfortable silence for a while. I decided to start up a conversation. "So.."

"So.." He laughed. "You want something?"

I rolled my eyes. "You still haven't picked a vacation place. It's all up to you."

"Chill bae, the trip is months away. I have the perfect place but it's a secret."

"Secret! I don't like those." I whined.

"You'll be fine." He chuckled and leaned over to kiss my forehead. My phone started ringing causing me to reach over and grab it. I answered the phone as I watched Terrell go back to the kitchen for more food.

"SAAAAAACHI!" I pulled the phone back from my ear. This girl was loud every second of the day for no reason.

"You don't have to be so damn loud, Dahli."

"Don't start complaining now, you know this is every day. Now, when are you coming over? I miss you, boo."

"You look outside and answer that." She smacked her teeth. "Maybe I can come over tomorrow after work."

"Then we can go get drinks?"

"On a Monday?"

"We live in Miami, there's a party always happening! Plus, the niggas don't give a damn what day it is. They gone be out and as long as the money is with, I don't give a damn either."
