The user can secrete a thick mist that can cause the target's vision to be limited. It's like a dense fog that's hard to see through. The downside to this quirk is that the user in able to see through the mist they create.

✰ author's headcanon: The user likes to train on foggy days to up the amount of fog around them, so they can work on their maneuvering around in the fog/mist without being able to see properly. Also, they got their hero name "Misty" because Bakugo calls them that because he didn't bother learning his classmates' proper names.
