This story takes place in an alternate universe of the movie X-Men: The Last Stand. Professor X is alive—Scott's also alive. Logan's love for Jean dies. Jean Grey is dead because I hate her, and she's a manipulative two-timing bitch. When the Howlett family first arrives in The Witcher world, it'll be before Geralt uses The Law of Surprise, but other than that, there'll be another time skip that'll get things back on track. There will also be a couple of surprises that weren't in the show. One last thing: the adamantium in the Howlett's bodies won't poison them, and their healing factors won't slow down, so they'll never grow old.
