Chapter 1

Lalisa Manoban was looking for someone around the school's hall when suddenly someone called her, "Hey, Lisa!" Lisa turned around to meet the eyes of the familiar brunette.

A smile automatically formed on her plump lips as she finally found the person she's been looking for, "Jennie! I've been looking for you all over the school." said Lisa with faux annoyance.

Meet Kim Jennie, Lisa's childhood best friend that she adored for years. "Liar, you just got out from the class and you're saying that you've been looking for me all over the school?" Jennie tsked. She's always been a bit of a mean girl to Lisa, though it's mostly teasing.

"Shouldn't you be at least happy that you're the one I look for right after my class?" Lisa pouts, "I'm proud! Don't you dare look for other than me," Jennie warned, glaring as she always does when she's jealous. "Are you jealous? Can't you be any cuter?" Lisa playfully pinched Jennie's puff cheeks.

"Stop that!" She smacks Lisa's hand away, "I'm not jealous, I just don't like being alone without your stupidity around me. At least I'm smiling when you're around," explained Jennie while blushing, and Lisa chuckled. "Don't worry girl, I'll always be by you're side 24/7, okay? I'm always one call away." Jennie's heart fluttered to hear Lisa's words.

"Oh, right! I've been meaning to ask you something," Lisa paused and waited for Jennie's respond, so Jennie just nods once, "Since soon is our summer holiday, I'm planning to go for a trip with our whole group. Jisoo and Rosé agreed, we're waiting for you." Lisa gave a toothy smile.

Park Chaeyoung - or Rosé - and Kim Jisoo were also parts of her childhood and the four of them were practically glued together from the moment they met each other.

Jennie really wanted to have some alone time with Lisa, she bit her lips and nodded slowly, contemplating, "I'm down! It's been a while since our last trip together!" Jennie said while showing of her gummy smile.

Lisa's smile got bigger and nodded as an agreement to Jennie's fact. Lisa then offered her hand to Jennie, and she gratefully accepted it with her heart beating fast. They started walking hand in hand around the beautiful city of Seoul as they usually do. As the sun started to set, the two girls walked back still not letting go of each others hands until they reached Jennie's house. They bid their goodbye and Lisa went straight home with a big happy smile after Jennie went in. Meanwhile, Jennie ran to her room and jumped on her bed. She took her pillow and screamed at the thought of finally getting the chance to be alone with Lisa. Just like Lisa, Jennie also adored Lisa for years. She has been keeping it to herself ever since. Both of them loved each other but neither of them are planning to tell the three magic words to each other.

"You have no idea how much I love to be with you, Lisa-ya." said Jennie to herself as she slowly closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep with a smile plastered on her face.
