3 days later tiffany is getting ready for work "Mason, get up and wash up and get dressed"

"okay mommy"

She walks out of the room and into the living room cooking breakfast for her and mason.

"mommy, is ethan coming back?"

"yes sweetie, he just went on vacation for a while"

"okay mommy, i love you" he walks up to her hugging her

"i love you too honey" she hugs him back "now go get ready" she smiles and kisses him on the cheek.

He walks off to get dressed as she puts some breakfast on a plate for her and mason. She gets on her phone and starts texting Jasmine.

Jasmine : have you talked to Matt yet?

Tiffany : why would i ?

Jasmine : so you're really gonna act like you're not interested in him ?

Tiffany : and are you really gonna act like he hasn't done me dirty multiple times in the past? i don't wanna get cheated on again.

Jasmine : what if he's serious this time though? you never know.

Tiffany : for some reason i don't trust him 🤷🏽‍♀️

Just as she's texting jasmine she gets a photo from matt and opens it to see a picture of him kissing her on the cheek as she stands in front of a mirror showing off her pregnant belly.

Matt : remember this? this was when you were 7 months pregnant with mason.

Tiffany : yes i remember, we couldn't wait for mason to get here, we were so in love.

Matt : so what's stopping us from getting back to that?

Tiffany : i don't trust you Matt, no matter how many times you tell me you won't do me dirty again i still don't believe you.

Matt : so i'm just gonna have to prove it, huh?

Tiffany : i don't want you proving anything, i don't see us getting back together, i'm still in love with Ethan.

Tiffany waits for a response from him but he doesn't reply.

"Mommy i'm ready" mason comes walking into the living room.

"okay come eat"

They start eating and once they're done tiffany puts the dishes in the sink then they both leave. she drops him off at school then drives to work.

Later on she gets home kicking her shoes off and getting dressed into comfortable clothes. She then walks into the living room and sits and starts to text Matt.

Tiffany : can you pick mason up after school ?

Matt : sure

Tiffany : okay thank you.

Matt : no problem

She sets her phone down then lays down covering herself up with a blanket and falls asleep. About an hour later she wakes up from banging on the door. She stands opening the door to see Matt standing there with mason.

"About time, i was knocking for a while" they both walk in.

"sorry, i fell asleep" She hugs mason "how was school hunny?"

"it was fine"

"okay good" she kisses him on the cheek "thank you for picking him up"

"no problem" he smiles.
