If it wasn’t for the lies and kidnapping, Robert might have walked out of court a free man. If he hadn’t been so stupid, he might never have lost his job. I guess he panicked and made some uninformed decisions.

Emma feels bad that she lied to get back at him for playing her like a violin. But, she thinks of all the tears she shed because of him. He treated her like an object with which he could do whatever he wanted with and she taught him and other cheating men a lesson. Hopefully, he won'g mess with other women again.

It has been six months without seeing him. He was released a month ago and hasn’t communicated, which is fine by Emma who wants nothing to do with him.

She looks at the overhead lights and knows the club is close by. When she reaches the entrance, she notices it is jam packed. Then suddenly, someone presses a handkerchief over her mouth. Looking around with hope of rescue, she catches a whiff of an unfamiliar chemical. She feels tired and finds herself collapsing into an unknown pair of arms.
