I sat in the privacy of my own home, reflecting on the last twenty four hours of my life. First, I've just been assigned to the De La Rosa case. Second, I have to find a way for not only me, but also Jessie, to get into a organization lead by the most feared gang leader in the world. I've had many difficult missions, but none of them would ever compare to this one. De La Rosa controls over thirty percent of the United States, sixty percent of Mexico, and approximately forty-five percent of Italy.

If I was going to take this organization down, I'd have to strike the main source, Cole Ryder. And no one has been able to do that so far. I need a very good plan, a terrific plan, if I'm going to take him down.

"Jessie, get your ass in here! I need help with the De La Rosa case!"

In a matter of seconds he came stomping in the room, pouting like an adorable puppy. I looked down at his attire. Tom and Jerry pajamas? You've got to be kidding me. He's sleeping at a time like this? Plus, Looney Tunes is way better.

He rubbed his eyes and let out a yawn. "What the fuck do you want? Can't you see I'm trying to sleep?"

I know he didn't jus-

"Now you see how it feels." I grabbed the file that was lying next to me on the sofa, and started flipping through it. "Neither one of us are going to be getting our beauty sleep until this case is off Captain's desk for good."

He groaned. "That sounds hard."

I laughed and patted the spot next to me on the couch. Jessie looked at me, hesitantly, before groaning and wobbling over to the sofa. He watched me as I continued to flip through the file.

"Cole Ryder; Twenty Five year old Cocaine king pin and leader of De La Rosa. De La Rosa; Mexican gang passed down to Cole Ryder from his father Alejandro Ryder." I said reading the first page of the file. "I thought Cole Ryder was Italian?" I asked, looking at Jessie with a confused expression.

His old care-free facade was now gone, and replaced with a serious one.

"I thought the same, but apparently not. What else does it say about him?"
