I've always been know as the cancer girl's sister. Not by my name or even as so-and-so's friend. Always as the cancer girl's sister. Or the cancer girl's twin. Yes I said twin. Identical if you're wondering. Kacey was diagnosed with osteosarcoma when we were was ten. Osteosarcoma is bone cancer. She went through chemo and after that we weren't identical any more. Hair grows back differently once it's gone. She lost all of her curly brown hair that was just like mine. Once she went into remission, her hair started to grow back but it wasn't the same curly mass that use to be there. It grew back silky and blond. I tried to convince her to dye it and get a perm but she refused. Even though our hair was different we shared a face.
