1. Pursed Lip Breathing

Pursed Lip Breathing also slows the breathing rate to prolong exhalation, and promotes relaxation.
· Take a deep breath through your nose by closing your mouth.
· Inhale and exhale slowly.

· Slowly breathe while keeping your lips pursed.
· Count 4-5 while doing this exercise.

· Stand or sit by keeping your elbows slightly back and expand your chest fully.
· Inhale and exhale slowly.
· Hold your breath and count from 1-5, and release.
· Try to release the air by exhaling deep through your nose.
You can perform this exercise 4-6 times a day to get natural and fast benefits.
3. Diaphragmatic Breathing
