Suddenly there's gunshots ringing outside of the cabin. A smirk appears on my face as I watch the panic seeping through his emotionless mask.

In seconds, the door is busted down and Niklaus, literally radiating rage, comes through. He immediately shoots Miguel is the abdomen, not lethal but still very painful. Miguel didn't even have a chance to react before he was crying out in pain on the floor, holding his side.

"I told you I had your back." He smirked at me.

"3 weeks late." I teased.

A wave of relief washing over my body as I looked into those gorgeous blue eyes that I loved so much.

"You're going to wish I had killed you when she's done with you." Niklaus growled out as he stepped over Miguel's bleeding body to come to me.

He sat down, scanning over me, his eyes landing on my cheekbone, then the collection of needle marks on the inside of my elbow. If it was even possible, I'd say he got even more angry than he already was.

He's a fucking ticking time bomb right now.

"Amore, are you okay?" He asked through gritted teeth, trying to stay calm.

"I'm fine, just get me out of these chains and whatever is in that syringe." I motioned with my eyes, not having full control of my body.

He quickly grabs it and carefully sticks it in my vien. I let out a breath of relief as I start to wiggle my fingers.

His hands fiddled with the hand cuffs for a bit before he cursed under his breath. He picked Miguel up by the collar of his shirt.

"Where are the fucking keys?" He spat in Miguel's face.

"Fuck off." He spat back.

Wrong move, dude, wrong move.

Niklaus let his body drop to the ground with a thud, swiftly delivering a blow with his shoe right to his newly pierced abdomen.

"Fucking piece of shit! Fuck you!" Miguel yelled out in pain.

Niklaus swatted down next to him, inserting his index finger into his bullet wound before sticking in his thumb.

"Tell me or I'm not going to stop until I find that bullet."

I watched a sweat beads formed on Miguel's forehead, a small smile pressed on my lips.

"Under her pillow!" He grunted.

Niklaus removed his bloodied fingers, wiping them on Miguel's shirt before turning back to me. He let my arms free first and I instantly wrap them around his neck.

"I'm here, I've got you, amore." He whispered into my ear as he gently rubbed my back.

"I was so scared you wouldn't come for me, that you wouldn't find me." I whispered back to him, letting a few tears dampen his neck.

He pulled away, wiping the tears with his thumb.

"I'll always come for you, Cattleya."

He pressed his lips to mine and I felt calmness consume me.

Miguel's pain filled grunt pulled me back to reality.

"It's my turn to have some fun."

"Be patient, amore. Let's get you to a hospital."

I felt panick creeping into my body, I knew what the hospital visit would bring.

"I'm fine, I can see Dr. Rossi in Italy. I'm not going to die over this." I pointed to my vein.
