I say tapping on his shoulder.
"Oh hey riley! What's up?"
He says
" nothing how bout you?"
"Nothing , I hear u and nash are getting closer." He says smirking. He's obviously happy with the girl he has now.
" uh yea"
I sat smile a little. It's not that I was sad about Nash, I was sad about taylor not being a least the tinest bit sad. He didn't care. Or Atleast it didn't seem like it. .

I walked back home and had Nash over still.
My mom was home. But she said she was leaving for a week for Washington, D.C.
I was a bit sad.
"Oh.." Is all I could reply.
"Honey don't be sad. You have Nash. And he can stay here till I get back. And I mean stay the night. But .! Don't do anything stupid. If you know what I mean.
I couldn't help but laugh at the last part she said.
"Of course mom! I trust me right.?" I said with hope and sorrow.
" yes I trust you. I have to go. Now bye. I love you. And Nash.! KEEP MY DAUGHTER SAFE" she said.

He said trying to be serious but failed.
