Jenifer's Perspective

I sigh as I close the door with a slam. I hadn't told Emilia, but I was really missing home. I thought the feeling would fade the longer we stayed, and it did, but now the feelings back. I'm pretty sure it had to do with the fact I hadn't seen Emilia all week. Sure, I would see her in class and when she would come back to the room but lately I was feeling like we haven't had the time to be just us two.

I headed out of our wing and down the halls, I didn't really know where I was going but anywhere was better than this school.

As I hurried through the hall I noticed Niall coming down the opposite direction from me. I don't know if it was all the frustration built up in me or if I was just feeling myself, but I did the only thing that came to mind.

"You," I said pointing to him.

He looked at me wide eyed and confused as I approached him, "what?"

"You're coming with me Horan." I reached for his wrist and led him out the doors and toward the driveway of the school.

"Jenifer, what're you doing?" he says to while my hand still gripped his wrist as we headed down the drive way.

"Shhh, I need to make a call," I tell him reaching for my phone from my pocket.

"Jenifer, look I told Harry—" he begins, but I immediately press a finger to his lips hushing him so that I could speak.

"Yeah, Danny? It's Jenifer, could you meet me outside the school? I need a favor."

15 minutes later

"So miss Jenifer, what brings you to my car on this fine morning?" Danny asks from the drivers' seat.

"Yeah where the hell are we going? And why am I being dragged into it?" Niall asks from next to me with confusion on his face.

"You stay quiet for now," I say pointing at him, "I just needed to get out of there and clear my head Danny, I sort of went off on Emilia and I'm not sure if I did the right thing."

"Oh no, well I'm sorry to hear that," he says with kind eyes looking back at us, "I rather liked Emilia, seemed like a nice young lady and friend."

"I like her too," I say drawing a smile on the fogged-up window beside me.

"She was just being a little selfish that's all, or maybe she wasn't?" I was beginning to feel confused about why I was even angry.

"Oh no, not you two now," Niall says sounding annoyed, "I've already got Harry and Louis to sort out, I don't need this too."

"Are you sure you're not the problem?" Niall chimes in looking at me with raised eyebrows.

I throw him a dirty look, "ArE yOu SuRe YoU'rE nOt ThE pRoBlEm?" I reply in a mocking tone.

"Okay maybe it's both of our faults, but I've just been feeling like I'm on the backburner lately, she won't talk to me, she never took into consideration how I am and truth is I'm lonely without her."
