PERSONALITY: Sadie is...Sadie is something. Just as her power would suggest, she's a fiery one. Honestly she's just straight up scary sometimes. She's angry at the world and she's bitter about everything that happened to her. She's bitter about having powers with no explanation, bitter that no one else does, bitter at her family, just bitter. She's reckless and if she has something to say she WILL say it. But she is kind, she has a heart of gold. She just can't afford to use it a lot of times. She doesn't really have friends and doesn't try to make them either. She has an ability, a destructive and dangerous one, and she didn't like keeping secrets from people she cared about. When she cares she cares so so deep, hence why she tries not to. It's a weakness. She can't be weak. Not here.
ABILITIES/HERO THEY WERE CLONED FROM: Sadie was cloned from a male hero named Firedrake, who had the ability to control and make fire in general. Sadie on the other hand is not that powerful. Her primary ability is the ability to breathe fire like a dragon. She can control the intensity and focus of the flame subconsciously thanks to the cloning process but she doesn't actually know how she does it, so if she did lose control or get distracted she may lose control of the flames altogether. A side effect, that in this case is positive, is that she's basically fireproof. But the fire breathing is her only "combat" ability and she has to be able to breath. Because of this she's been doing breathing exercises and such to increase how long she can hold it but even then once she runs out of air that's it. If she tries to keep going or even reaches her limit she'll be disoriented and lightheaded as she tries to catch her breath.
BACKGROUND: Sadie's home life wasn't great. It wasn't bad necessarily, her parents weren't abusive or anything. But they were kind of absent and maybe even slightly neglectful. See she wasn't the only kid her parents had, there were 7 others. And she loves them, sort of, they are her family. But it's been every person for themself for basically her whole life and she adapted to that. Any person could be a threat so you didn't trust anyone. And that everyone for themself included everything, toys, the shower, seats, friendships. Even food. Sometimes one of them would go hungry because all the food their parents set aside that day would be eaten already. It was usually her. She learned how to fight and can kick àss but there's still seven other people, she's small, and they know about her ability and therefore her weaknesses. So she didn't spend a lot of time at home. Instead you could usually find her venting her frustration at some sort of gym or dojo or even her favorite shooting range where the guy at the desk doesn't care enough if her ID is fake as long as it looks mostly legit and she doesn't leave with the gun. She had been considering applying to the Police Academy or joining the military once she graduated until she got the letter.
