Imaginary World

Walking in the meadow

Counting in my sleep

Don’t know where I’m going

But I know that we will meet

Horses from the merry go round

Are walking in the street

If you come home real soon

I’ll rub and massage your feet

Marshmallow pies in the skies

Chocolate rivers running on by

Mandarin moon tonight

A shooting star is a beautiful sight

Violins playing softly now

Candle lit dinners with a raised eyebrow

Dinner, dancing and then a show

If you wanna stay, we could dance real slow

An imaginary world is great

It’s a world where you are never late

All your wishes, hopes and dreams

Are covered in sprinkles and nuts it seems

Marshmallow pies in the skies

Chocolate rivers running on by

Mandarin moon tonight

A shooting star is a beautiful sight

All is right tonight

The moon and stars are shining bright

On the couch my cat sleeps curled

As I live in an imaginary world
