"There's been an explosion at Spirit orphanage. There are no confirmed deaths or injuries." I dropped the knife I was holding, I was cutting the lettuce for dinner. That was my family's orphanage. My dad had made the orphanage for taking children off the streets, it was volunteer work. "We have just confirmed the death of Derek Brooks."

My dad. My dad died. He's dead. I couldn't believe it. I started to breathe heavy, tears were streaming down my face. I collapsed to the floor my heart was racing and my hands were shaking. I was having a panic attack.

I've had them before they started when my mom left, I was only 10. I quickly grabbed my phone I clicked Katie. She picked up immediately "hey what's up?" I tried to talk but I couldn't. "Y/n? Y/N?!" Katie yelled. "h-help" I managed to get out.

" I'm coming I'll be there in 2 minutes just hang on ok?" she face-timed me. "oh y/n. hey, hey look at me see I'm here only 2 minutes just hang on ok? I just need you to breathe in and out for me. 1...2....3....4....5 just like that you're doing great" all the sudden she came in my house she ran to me hugging me. Within a few minutes she helped me calm down. I soon fell asleep in her arms.

3rd Pov:

Katie carried Y/n to her room setting her on the bed and then going back to the kitchen. She looked at the tv seeing what Y/n had a panic attack about. Her father was dead along with her older sister "oh my gosh" Katie said

"The investigator thinks it was Y/N Brooks Mother that had started the fire" that was even worse. Y/n's mom wanted to hurt her badly she always has. Y/N doesn't need that now. Katie sighed and decided to go check on Y/n she was still sleeping so she decided to watch The Flash.

Y/n eventually woke up and sat by Katie on the couch she forgot what had happened and they decided to order pizza for dinner. Once the pizza came they opened the box's full of cheese pizza and breadsticks grabbed plates and sat on the couch.

They decided to beige watch Marvel Movies. they started with the very first Iron man movie and went in order from there and they both eventually fell asleep on the couch sleeping peacefully.
