"Hello?" Y/n stood, his legs ankle deep in water as he faced a temple in front of him. "Is their anybody here?" No reply. "Thor?! Tony?! Cap?!... Mom..." Y/n looked down silently pondering what was going on.

"I'm afraid their not here my friend." Y/n turned around to come face to face with an old man, wearing orange tinted sunglasses and a white sweater. He smiled at the young boy. "Come," the old man said. 2 chairs and a table appeared next to him. "Sit down with me Y/n." Y/n cautiously complied and sat down across from the old man. Suddenly the space around them changed to an office, Y/n looked down at the desk to see a name tag.

"Stan Lee?" he asked looking back up at the old man. Stan stuck his hand out across the table a big smile on his face.

"Good to meet you Y/n." Y/n reluctantly shook the old man's hand. Stan sat back down and folded his hands. "So... You snapped your fingers did you?" Y/n couldn't speak as he stared at the old man completely shocked. "You did good kid."

"I'm sorry what?" said Y/n.

"As i said you did good." said Stan. Y/n soon pulled his chair forward a tiny bit to get closer to the desk.

"Who are you?" asked Y/n. Stan pondered at the question wondering what to say to the young man.

"Well... I guess you can say I'm God." said Stan throwing his arms to the side. This took Y/n back a bit.

"You're God?" Stan shrugged but soon nodded. "Why am I here? Is everyone else okay? What about Thanos?" Stan put his hand up to silence the young boy.

"All in good time... but to answer one of your questions. I'm here to help you... Right now, the power of the infinity stones is coursing through your very being, draining the life force from within you, and..." Stan turned to the side, his smirk turning into a frown.

"And?" asked Y/n.

"I can't have 2 heroes die in this battle." That sentence alone hit Y/n like a ton of bricks. Stan looked down seeing the young boy's reaction.

"T-Tony?"

"Is destined to die i'm afraid. He was always meant to die in this battle." Y/n soon started to shake his head, tears soon forming in his eyes.

"No...No... you can't... H-he has a daughter, a wife, a family, why does he have to die?" asked Y/n. Stan sighed.

"Because you are destined for a much greater purpose Lieutenant." said Stan. Images suddenly appeared all around Y/n showing different earths, different heroes, and one in particular caught his eye. One time, of Tony snapping to kill Thanos. Another timeline showing a Ravenette fighting a man with red hair and black bull horns, soon to have them both transform into giant silver and black men. Another of a group of soldiers fighting together. Another of a man in brown robes wielding a red laser sword staring down a young girl and a boy dressed in black holding a similar laser sword.

"What is this?" asked Y/n.

"This... is the multiverse." said Stan shocking the young boy. "And you, are the protector of all the multiverse."

"What do you mean?" asked Y/n.

"I mean, you can't die from just snapping your fingers to stop a purple man! You have much more at stake than just your world. Tony has always been destined to die, and there's nothing you can do to change it. I'm dying Y/n..." this shocked Y/n to his very core. "And i just can't let darkness invade my creations, so... I'm leaving it to you, to protect the worlds that i spent so long creating. What do you say?" Stan then held his hand out to Y/n, giving his signature smile.
