As you followed behind him you had noticed there were light grey circles under his eyes. He might have been staying up all night finishing his work. You wanted to reach to him rest your hand in his shoulder and tell him to take a break. But...you don't that would work now.

It worked when you and him were together when Chrono came to Kai's and your shared bedroom to ask for help. He would always go back to your room just to take a quick nap with you. His arms wrapped around your waist.

You froze when the sudden realization hit to you...you had completely forgotten about Kioshi and Kaishi. You were caught up with the feeling Overhaul made you feel, how easily he made you forgot other important things. Your hands quickly made their way to his chest, pushing him away from you.
"K - Kai we...we can't do this." You stuttered out.

You knew him very well to you he was like an open book to you. He just was acting like this when he was stressed. Your browns furrowed as the thought of he only wanted you for some toy to help him with his problems. Overhaul stared at you in amusement wondering what you were thinking until he saw your brows furrowed.

Leaning close your ear you could feel his hot breath against your ear.
"You must be worrying that I'm behaving like this because I'm overwrought? Am I correct...Angel." He whispered in your ear. You opened your mouth to respond to him but he had beaten you to it when he kissed your lips.

Sooner, your lips moved with his in sinc before he disconnected his soft lips of your plump ones. You felt your cheeks heat up as he kissed your cheek."Listen carefully, Angel. I would do anything for you and for you to be mine again. You really think I would only want you back so you would fulfill my desires." He responded honestly, his amber eyes staring straight into your (e/c) eyes.

He was right, he wasn't the kind of man to just chose a woman to sleep with and hold his offsprings and leave them just to them want them back. Plus he wasn't someone who indulges in sexual experience, but when he did it was mostly because you knew to be wanted you.

"No." You responded back to him you couldn't help but let a single tear escape your eye.

"Now Now why are crying Angel?" He asked wiping the single tear with his thumb.

"I'm sorry, I'm just h - happy you still want me back. I thought you just looked for me to take me back with you because of Kioshi and Kaishi." You softly sobbed as more tears followed the last one.
